Excellent location and very good facilities such as hot tub and swimming pool. Garrett and Ryan, who were working at the front desk were fantastic-very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Thin walls and stacking of rooms made for awkward times with noisy neighbors, and quiet hours start at 10pm. Most of our windows had fogged glass.

the location. was good

the clerk charged me a second time when I prepaid and did just threw his hands up and walked away. another clerk came over and said he just overcharged you and you will have to wait 9-10 days to get your money back. when I asked if we could upgrade we were told abruptly no, when we asked if we could move downstairs since my husband has a bad knee she said no. the pool floor was like gravel and the handle for safety feel out of place and almost hit me. the whole place was filthy and needs to be taken care of properly.

when I booked I couldn’t tell if I was getting a suite with or without a patio. would have preferred a patio.
