It was dirty the bed wasn’t on the frame right & it seemed like the bed was broken

I travel a lot for work and can tolerate a lot in a motel... RODENTS are an extreme no for me. One ran across the room when we walked in and in trying to locate it we found the hole in the wall it ran back to. Went to the front desk and she "didn't even need proof" and changed our room.. Went in to inspect the second room and in addition to the foul fecal odor permiating in the room, you could hear rodents in the walls and there was visible rodent droppings. I immediately went to the front desk and returned the keys to be told there is a no refund policy. Well, I have a no sleeping with rodent policy that I believe trumps your no refund policy. Zero services were rendered, it's not like I stayed a night and want my money back. I did not and could not stay for safety reasons. It costs a whole $9 to file in small claims court and due to Kelly's (property manager) severe incompetence running a business, I will thoroughly enjoy spending $9 to be that thorn in her side. It would have been so much easier for her to issue the refund for services NOT rendered. Might also be worth a phone call to the local news station to expose how disgusting this property truly is and how poorly it is run..

no breakfast. I did like the workers that were at the check in window they were kind. when power was out one light worked in room so it wasn't dark

Power was out at the hotel for a couple hours, I called the only number I had multiple times and no answer. I am from out of town traveling alone, and the winter storm is what thought took out the power but would have liked to get conformation from front desk and maybe estimated time of power and wifi may be on. Also needed to be at the bowling alley at 8AM and needed a wake up call if power did not come on. also due to storm I did not want to leave my room. shower floor had sticky around mat, 7 squares of toilet paper and no back up when I ran out I had to use a Kleenex box from my car. only 2 pillows on bed for a king. Flooring had patches open, and floor was sticky, tv remote had no back, but no power anyway so wasn't able to see if tv worked. Soap in package had mold so could not use, had to use shampoo bottle for hand soap

Location is great because it’s right off the highway and near food and shopping.

I was initially given a room key to an occupied room and walked in on someone in the bathroom. The room stank of cigarettes. The second room I was given also stank of cigarettes. The power was out for close to 2 hours because of a snow storm, but even when it came back on, I had to mess with the heater for 20mins to get it started. And it just recirculated the stanky cigarette smelling air. The floor was missing floor boards, the main door had snow blowing through it when it was locked & bolted, and it was obvious the sink, tub/shower, and toilet had not been replaced in YEARS! Windows were rotting and the driveway/parking had huge potholes. This place has been ignored by its owners and they still charge market rates. Do NOT come here.

There was no breakfast. I tried to get coffee at 7am but was told it wasn't working.

The rooms were disgusting! The shower curtain was yellow! There were burn holes in the sheets. I tried to have a fun couple days with my son, the first night I got a call from my sister that my dad had a heart attack and was in the hospital, obviously I needed to cancel my second night that I booked. I tried to do just that at 2am on the first night and they rejected. Told me oh well, no refunds. Screw this hotel. The lady whom cked us in who worked nights there was the only nice thing about the place.

The only thing that we like was how good the heat worked.

The rooms are run down and nasty, the floors have holes and the bathtubs are so nasty .shower curtains stained. Only had two pillows per bed that were so small and flat . Towels were all stained ..every single one.beds were broken .

Seemed more like renting a room at an apartment complex
