Location was conveniently located just off the highway. The breakfast was fresh and hot with an attendant keeping it stocked and clean. The coffee was great! Usually we have to go looking for a Starbucks because most hotel coffee is bland, but this was so good we filled our thermos before heading out to BDA. Oh yeah, and we stayed on the third floor and were really impressed by the powerful water pressure in the shower!

I was quoted a total price of $130.16 by Booking.com but when we checked out we were charged $141.66! Did not like that! Their base rate was $115.75, that's $25.91 in TAXES!!Ridiculous!!

We stayed in December and the room was too hot. Had to turn on AC during the night.

Good breakfast, clean room, nice furnishings, good shower, quiet.

Did not like the European style blanket. Either too hot with it, or too cold without it. Just a regular quilt/blanket would be better. Also, no one at front desk for 15 minutes while guests waited to check in.

the staff at the front desk dress way too sloppy and casual. we had an accessible room(which we didn’t need) and when you had a shower the water ran out the bathroom into the main room

The staff was very helpful, the room was located conveniently, the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was super comfortable.
