Very friendly woman who checked us in, clean and comfortable room, they allow pets, and they had a nice selection for breakfast

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower head and pressure were amazing.
The room mini fridge wasn't the greatest to keep things cold. The pool has no lifeguard on duty and still closes at 8 pm. The heat index was in triple digits last weekend and would have loved a quick dip when we got in from the NASCAR races after 8 pm. No cutlery available for us to eat our left over hibachi. Not a huge deal but just a note for the future to maybe offer it in the lobby?

Provide plastic knives, forks and spoons at the front desk for use with frozen dinners sold at the front desk.

Breakfast was ample, something for everyone. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the highway and close to the facility we were visiting both days.

The bathtubs need to have a textured surface. It is very slippery and the grab bar was at the wrong end of the tub

It is close to where we were going. It has a wonderful breakfast and good coffee. The people are accommodating. We had a great time.

I love the location because of my dad having chemo and test so early at the hospital by the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me some good advice on booking directly from site. The pillows were fluffy and the bed was soft.
I didn't like the parking lot not lit enough. I didn't feel safe. Other than that everything was good.

Despite the fact that Booking.com failed to notify the Holiday Inn of our reservation, the staff made sure that we were accommodated. They were very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a great offering with many choices.
There was no choice for low fat or gluten free breakfast items.

it was in a good location to where I was going to be with friends.
My first room the television didn’t turn on and the curtains were not that clean. The second room everything was better. The hotel could use a little updating.

there were some very loud people in the halls

well , the building was old not well maintained, the person who did the check in… not kind or pleasant, the bathroom had mold on the wall, the towels had holes in them, the main door didn’t’ close properly. the bed covers where all wrinkled as if somebody had been laying on them. we stayed only for one night but will never comeback.

One of the construction workers staying there on Saturday night decided to cause commotion by banging on windows and swearing at 3am outside.
