The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The second we walked into hotel, it smelled of marijuana. As we walked to our room, 3 doors down had music playing so loud you could hear it in our room. The room was not very clean and not a great smell to it. Furniture was old and beat up, outlet on lamp did not work so unable to charge phone at night. TV and WIFI did not work. Bathroom had no hot or even warm water…only ice cold. Towel and sheets were very rough and scratchy….extremely low quality. Bed was not a queen….tiny! Had 2 small pillow that had some sort of plastic under the case so the sound and comfort were miserable. Bed was hard as a rock! All in all, I would NEVER stay here again even if the room cost $10/night

Check in and out were easy.

The room was cramped. No extra bedding in the room. Once the hide-a-bed was opened you couldn't even walk around to get to the door! Fire hazard!! Outdated and very little for "breakfast"- even for a grab and go. Sketchy area.

GM argued with my booking company and treated everyone terribly. If u don't see everything her way she says you are smoking in the room just to kick u out and keep your deposit. I wasn't even in my room. She said it was my guests (dog sitter) in the room smoking, although I smelled zero smoke upon entering my room. She never even contacted me and just put me on the curb.

We didn't even get to stay. Booked and paid for prior to stay. For $94... got there and they wanted a $200 deposit which is never advertised when booking. And we poor people we don't have $200 etc dollars that's why we got a cheap $94 room for new years. Anyways ended up having to get a refund which we are still waiting for. So we had no room and no money to go elsewhere. I understand there are rules and policies I just wish the staff was nicer to us. He couldn't have been more rude.

Booked a queen room, got 2 full beds. Light by couch didn't work Couch uncomfortable Couple next door fighting & yelling for at least an hour if not more

The price.

There was 4 bags of trash in the room when We checked in. No one bothered to open the doors and look. The carpet had lots of stains and the bed was hard as a rock.
