It was further away than I would have liked. And maybe a bit pricey.

We disembarked from our cruise at 830 am and our room wasn't supposed to be checked in until 3pm. We walked over to inquire about luggage storage until check in and we were greeted with smiles and an early check in!

Everything exceeded our expectations!

Very convenient location as I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Staff were friendly, and it was comfortable.

Unfortunately the shower door was broken, and the fitness center could use some updating, adding of equipment, and make it 24 hours -it was full every morning during my stay.

My daughter and stayed here for a couple of days after our cruise and we loved it! The location was perfect to either walk or Uber around. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The beds were the MOST comfortable beds I have slept in !

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Shower had mold. Toilet stopped continuously. Gym was below average.

The room was clean when we got there, they gave us a complimentary welcome gift.

The only minor thing was if you’re by the elevator/main fence closet it is very loud and the bed was a little hard/uncomfortable.

The main good thing was that it was close to the convention center, which was the venue for my work conference. Other than that it wasn't particularly spectacular. Also, since there's not much around, it is a quiet stay.

The kitchen/restaurant staff kept bickering among each other most mornings of my stay making for a bit of an uncomfortable breakfast/start to the day. There is almost nothing right around the hotel, so you can't quite go out and do something fun easily.

It was a perfect location we went for my daughters birthday the weekend and through Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday and the parades were all just either a 1 block walk over or a few blocks over depending on the parade route, and a plus the pool was so warm during February that it felt like a huge hottub so no matter the season you can swim which was a huge win for our 6 year old. Walking distance or Uber/lyft ride everywhere be aware if going during Mardi Gras many roads are closed and it was a nightmare getting in to the hotel the day we came and you have to leave your car in the hotel garage because parking elsewhere was even more expensive than the valet there. We loved our stay here and we felt very safe in the area.

How expensive parking was 45 a day that’s the only bad thing I can say

Personnel sympathique et bon accueil. Très bon emplacement par rapport au Convention Center. Lit très confortable. Bureau et prises bien disposés.

The location was great with a really nice restaurant and bar nearby.

Disabling the access cards early on the day you're leaving isn't nice. I went out back for a smoke with my morning tea and couldn't get back in because the card was already deactivated even though checkout was hours away. Additionally, prices for parking and beers are close to what I'd call a scam.

Proximity to the convention center.

The room smelled bad and weird. It was not very clean, the bathtub was very dirty and gross. The room service was always done halfway. We had reserved a room with a king bed but we were given a room with a double bed and were told they don’t have any king room available. They never changed the room although we had a long stay. The location was not bad as far as proximity goes, but the hotel shared a backyard with a club so if you are there for work and need to sleep you probably can not very well. The staff were not rude or anything but they were never in a good mood. I felt awkward and uncomfortable asking them for anything. Just one day one gentleman was very welcoming and friendly.

It was close to my venue and the room was nice.

Didnt like that I had to pay to park down the street or valet park which was 40 bucks not happy for the amount you spend on the room it should have been included. Staff was rude

Everything was wonderful, the employees were pleasant, the pool was always cleans.

The breakfast buffet online said it was $12.95 but it was more expensive. So we had to go out for breakfast.
