The staff at the desk was very rude

The room was correct. It was the typical room for this kind of hotel. The most important thing about this hotel is the location just in front of the Convention Center. you only have to cross the street and you are there! amazing location Convention center.

Probably, there is room to improve the kiosk. They have a very small store with a few drinks and snacks. There is no doubt that this can be improved with little investment.

Bar and dining area on ground floor. Great location. Walking distance to many fabulous restaurants.

We did not eat the breakfast but happy to have had the option

Very clean, comfortable, and modern property! The staff was exceptional literally starting from the door at valet to checkout ! I used to be a Hilton girlie, this stay definitely made me want to switch teams!
