Close to dollar general

The front desk guy is awful! So rude and demanding. I booked a room single bed. Guy questioned me about being handicapped. I don’t like being asked or questioned about my disability.. it is none of his business or anyone’s business. That is personal and NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

it was ok. It was hardly stocked to cover all the people in there and it was only 7:15.

my room wasnt cleaned and i was out of my room by 9:15 and didnt return till 9:30 pm. They made excuses that there was a communication problem with the house keeper because she didnt speak english. Im suppose to come in at 9:30 pm and fix my bed and chase down clean linens !!!! I think not. Then there were 4 different vagrants right outside the hotel near the door and cars. I hated leaving anything in my car because they were making me feel uncomfortable so close. It wasnt a pleasurable time.

Had Bed bugs we had multiple bites on our upper torsos

THE HOTEL IS EXTRA CLEAN AND SAFE AS YOU PULL ON PROPERTY. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING NO MUSTY ISSUES. BEDS REAL COMFORTABLE AND STAFF REAL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

ONLY ISSUE WAS THE CASH DEPOSIT BUT I CAN REALLY UNDERSTAND BECAUSE OF THE DAMN VIOLATORS AND RULES BREAKERS. SO, INVESTMENT 💰 HAS TO BE PROTECTED BUT RECEIVED BACK AT CHECK OUT.

Did not get to stay had car problems and had to cancel my stay I called and explained my reason she told me I may get a refund

we get to the property and right away it was a red flag, as the people in front of us were getting told no dog was allowed even thought the policy on this site say pets are allowed. We then get up to the desk and I get told it’s a 200 dollar deposit because my “money” didn’t go through although I had requested to pay at the property when booking the room. But sunny the man working tried to run my card when I wasn’t even at the property yet and received a phone call saying my card was declining because there was not enough funds like maybe it’s for reasons like I that. where my card could have got charged the money for my room and then when I get there have to pay 200 that I didn’t have, I’d be out of money. I stated that I had called Wednesday and spoke to someone about potentially running late but be there before 2 am and was not once informed about a 200 deposit and when telling him this he had the biggest smirk on his face and proceeded to ask for a deposit that was never mentioned anywhere until we got to the hotel. which should be a thing that is mentioned as we had drove 4 hours and most hotels where booked. what would I have done if there was no rooms available anywhere? sleep in my car?
