This hotel was very clean and in a safe place I had no worries staying here.

The guy at the front desk was extremely non helpful and acted like I was trying to do something wrong by asking for a key that worked and asking if he could give me a smoking room like I booked. No he wouldn’t and the next morning I was woke up by foreigners barging into my room without knocking and the main guy in the office asked if he could move me to the smoking room I’d paid for. I work nights and this whole scenario was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had staying in a hotel. The room it was moved to had an air conditioner that leaked over the entire floor of the room and the vending machine had molded honey buns that the owner quickly denied having anything to do with. I now have tested positive for covid!

I didn't like that that bathroom wasn't as tidy. Otherwise,my stay was extremely satisfying.i would most likely visit again.

The room was no and clean

It was hot as an oven with the air conditioner off....please leave them running it was so hot I could stand it

Very clean! Great location for traveling to New Orleans and all around. Friendly staff.

There is some noise from the street and train passing by (not too bad).

The front desk gentleman was an absolute sweetheart and worked with us and management to find a compromise.

I was given a call around check in time(we arrived 5 hours later) asking if I NEEDED the two beds I booked or did I only need one. I confirmed the need for 2 and was told ok and they hung up. When we checked in, we were given a single bed room instead of the double beds I paid for.

They provide one tiny peas of soap for 2 people. If you want to wash hair, bring your own shampoo.

A/C work like truck. Very noisy. And few time for night train going very close to hotel and give long signal every time he come. I awake up 4 times at night. Do not have rest at all.
