The location because it is near the casinos.

Pretty much everything is not good, the room wasn't clean, the carpet is very dirty with many stains, the building is so old, the windows don't have safety locks, the vent in the bathroom doesn't work, and there is too much hair in the tub and on the floor, the room smells bad. No free breakfast only coffee. The front desk man is not friendly and he is kind of rude.

the bed in the 3rd room was nice

bath room 1st room dirty , and when told the office they got mad and acted like I was lieing . gave us a different room and could not get the door open, went and got a 3rd room and just like the 1st room could not get the tv to change chanels. also paid for an upgrade to a better room LOL ,

Very nicely decorated. Bed was supple comfortable with soft comforters - down like. At the end of each bed was a soft fleece fuzzy blanket. The room was impeccably clean.

Room had a weird smell.. there was even a can of Febreeze in there so the hotel knows about it.. door was hard to close…the lobby looks very shoddy, it doesn’t give a good first impression.. I was very conflicted about our stay after seeing how bad it looked. .. and the day of our stay they sent a message saying no breakfast service or pool service due to Covid safety.. that should be said upfront.

Good Wifi, friendly staff, quiet room.

Got bitten by bug on ankle at night in bed. Bathroom shower hard to turn on with water handle upside down. Carpet needs replacing and bed mattress needs replacing as it sags in too much along with box spring.

Convenient

Old, run down. We had to kick open the door to get in snd it took 3-4 minutes of strong pulling from the inside yo get OUT! Dangerous!

the recprionist was nice

the room was in bad need of repair, drapes broken, air conditioner didnt blow cold air, holes in wall with tissue pushed in, toilet seat broken, bathtub almost filled while showering the drain was so slow. The first room the door didnt work and they had to move me.

I liked the refrigerator in the room

The carpet was dirty; the TV didn't work; the faucet in the bathtub was coming out of the wall and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature; no shower mat and the tub was very slippery to shower in...
