Clean and friendly location. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There wasn't anything back. Stores were close, people were friendly. Just need more outside locations to sit

Breakfast was perfect, the coffee was very good and plentiful. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, courteous, professional, polite, and eager to help. I noticed that while they were not at the reception desk, they were working very hard in the laundry or the breakfast room.

I noticed that several of us had to go back to the desk with keys that did not work. The staff was very helpful and returned with us to the door to make sure the re-charged keys actually worked, which was very comforting and above and beyond. At one point, they gave up and gave me a completely different room because it appeared the door itself was the problem. I noticed it was being fixed the very next day, so someone put a work order and took right care of it.

This is my second stay at this place (more pricey this time because it was graduation time). Everything went smooth both times from checking till the last minutes. Friendly staff, clean space, decent breakfast. Overall it was a great experience

Too expensive, (over $300/ night). In addition I was forced to stay 2 nights which I didn't need since I was only there for a graduation

the booking app showed different pictures of the inside rooms etc. very outdated and there was a couch in the lobby covered and had weird accent pillows on it. not sure anyone would sit on it. we also were charged $10 more than what the booking app confirmed with us.

Well it was close to my family so we was right there for Saturday

Well the first night and it was most of the night doors slamming so didn't get much sleep didn't see the staff on Saturday morning by the time we had to leave and didn't see the staff till Sunday morning said something to them and all he said was he sorry that it happened
