The staff messed up multiple times for our one night visit. From forgetting extra robes, champagne and snacks that were all preordered days ahead to not returning calls the day and night of our visit to forgetting robes again and arguing, it made an exciting occasion into a stressful one! Very unhappy with staff!

This is a very comfortable property to stay at. Rooms are quiet, location is central to all of downtown and the staff is very professional.

The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was exceptional. Very comfortable stay.

I really can't pinpoint one thing I had an all around pleasant experience

I love this hotel, it is in the perfect location to walk just about anywhere. The food was really good and the bar was open later if you wanted a night cap. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great place to stay.

The service is beyond excellent-very friendly and efficient.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean housekeeping was excellent. a big hotel.

A Pepsi machine on the floor would not work. It would just take your dollar bills and give you dimes in return if you got anything back. Room service will I put a menu in the room when you do not have the service available? No I should say here that I did see them going up to Floors caring trays of food, but the only access to room service was to scan your phone for a menu which you were then told wasn’t available.

Large room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed - so amazing! The hotel and facilities were in great shape and everything in the room was just as expected.

The only thing that I didn't like about this visit was completely situational. Due to the local wild fires and the heavy amount of smoke in the air, their valet service was closed. But positively, they take their employees health into consideration and don't make them work in hazardous conditions.

Disappointed to see the numerous drug addicts laying around the area. Not a hotel problem

Horrible - pillows, bed, pay to park The pool was extremely cold, no microwave or fridge in room so our leftovers wasted which is irritating and wasterful. There were lights above the bed that we could not turn off that made sleeping worse with the quality of bed and pillows being terrible it was a terrible nights rest. For the price, my parking should be free and at minimum a nice continental breakfast. Cleanliness was terrible, walls and doors and trims were filthy, wiped up a water spill and the floor was all dirt.

Beautiful property. We toured the old Davenport across the street, both are lovely. Had late dinner/ drinks at other property, as we got in late. A little pricey but excellent food and cocktails

The location is central and the bar/restaurant were fun.

The room was one of the dirtiest rooms we've ever stayed at and there were multiple damaged items. The bathroom door did not close all the way, there were dirty drip stains all over the walls, the windows were covered with handprints. Worst of all, the duvet was filled with clumps and fully brown/moldy (see picture). We called and asked for a new duvet and a new one never arrived. We slept in robes with a sheet on top of us. Horrible. They also only provided decaf coffees in the room.
