Let renters know to come to the rear of the building, and that parking is available in back.

As it may be, we did not stay at Maple Leaf. Instead, we stayed at Turning Leaf. Our stay has bin Super!!. So enjoying and comforting knowing we were privileged to have a safe, clean, warm, and comfortable "home" to end the day in. I have had 2 back Surgeries, and just recently, Heart surgery. Our bed was so comfortable! This is our 1st time staying at Turning Leaf, but we look forward to telling our family and friends, and DEFINITELY returning.
Thank you so much for an amazing, welcoming, and friendly stay!!!!!
Sincerely
PAUL
Can't think of anything!!!! Which is Fab!

There were pet waste bags supplied in the pleasantly grassed yard (thank you!). The kitchen was more than adequate, but I was only there for two nights and didn't use much of it. Big TV and one nice arm chair to watch it from.
Pets are allowed but I would not call this pet-friendly. I was not made aware before reserving that this property did not allow pets on the furniture. Why? I'm paying extra for pet fee for I presume any extra cleaning. Also, what extra cleaning? You're going to vacuum and wash the bedding, right? The furniture was a tough leatherette. What is the concern about a pet on it? My dog found the laminate flooring to be as slick as an ice rink. She quivered in fear literally any time she was required to walk on it and it took me extra time to coax her into bravery to enter the apartment etc. The whole apartment is laminate with no throw rugs except the small living room, which is carpeted. Though there were pet waste bags supplied in the pleasantly grassed yard (thank you!), there was no where to dispose of the used waste bags. No dumpster in back, no bins outside. What was I to do with them? Take them home in my car? Take them inside to the garbage can in kitchen? Weird. And there was an admonishment in the paperwork I was made to sign before my stay that stated my dog would be swabbed and waste genetically tested if I left any. Ridiculous and this didn't happen, and of course I pick up my dog's waste regardless, but no welcoming! I travel with my pet a lot. She is very well trained and well-cared for. BOOKING.COM has become very unreliable in being clear about what their pet-friendly filter means. I have now found that I have to call and make certain a property really will allow my dog, and under what circumstances. Also, the common hallway smelled of marijuana. I'm guessing it was the downstairs unit's odor from those staying there. Not my jam. :( Also, very loud. Bedroom window is feet from a busy arterial with traffic all night. Bedroom has sloping ceiling that makes walking around sides of bed tricky, requiring bending over the bed while sidling in, and watch out for head banging in the middle of the night.

I liked that it felt safe. The fenced in yard with the dog area was a definite plus! had all of the Amenities that we needed during our stay. Our unit seemed very clean.
It was a smaller unit, but great for the price. We were hardly there so it was more of a place to keep our things.

We enjoyed the location in a historic neighborhood -- a mix of renovated houses and some still run down. There were big closets. Everything was fresh and clean.
The small sitting room wasn't set up for visiting with the chair and sofa along one wall. The ceiling in the bedroom had very sloping sides, but we managed without bumping our heads. It is on a busy corner where a main street makes a curve.

Place was clean. Entry was easy. Staff was helpful. Geographically it was a good location.
The street was busy and noisy. Furnishings were out of date.

Proximity to my work was fine, Cable and Roku good for TV, Kitchen pretty well equipped.
Traffic noise, A/C unit next to TV, has to a fan from Jerry the live in mgr, poor lighting/safety issue on stairs and door keypad.

We were satisfied- very clean & fully furnished. Location close to everything

I like that this place had the utensils and other household things you need to cook meals. I love that there's a washer and dryer in the unit. Esp when you're travelling with kiddos, that was a bonus.
I think that there should be more extra towels and toilet paper esp travelling with kiddos. I didn't like that the upstairs guest was making loud noise at night and early in the morning.

The bathroom ceiling is very short..I hit my head several times... everything else was great

I Love the home away from home feel. A cute little apartment all to yourself with everything you need; Roku tv, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer and laundry soap, pots and pans and dishes for home-cooked meals. I brought my groceries, Brita water pitcher, Nutri-Bullet and I was good to go.
The slow internet streaming, it was buffering way too much. Parking was questionable, apparently, someone parked in my assigned spot so I had to do off-street parking and the other tenant did not leave me much room. You would think long term tenants would have some common courtesy.

it didn’t look like this picture! it was behind this lovely looking house and over looked a dump
floors creaked, very old , neighbors were dealing drugs

The location was really convenient. The apartment was 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. It has it's own parking area.
The pictures showed a hideaway bed in the living room (total of 4 beds) that didn't exist in the apartment. The floors squeak fiercely. If the apartment above has people in it walking around, you will not sleep. You might not even be able to carry on a conversation. :)

The couches were comfortable. The customer service was very nice and helpful when we chose to relocate to a different hotel. They offered one of their other properties but it was too far from where we wanted to be.
Location is busy and very noisy. Parking is terrible. Too many trip steps inside the apartment

Walkable to Riverfront Park, clean
Neighborhood seemed a bit rundown, no lights in stairwell until we’ll after dark, needed flashlight to punch in door code

The location was perfect. It was close to downtown and close to the Maple Leaf Bridge. It is on a corner location of a street that is one way. You have to know where it is so you don't pass it. We were following our navigation system but still passed it up and had to do another lap. Once we arrived, It was perfect. It's a house that is split into 4 apartments. the place we stayed had a nice sitting and kitchen area. Perfect for our needs. Then, a hallway down to the master bedroom and another room with two twin bunkbeds. The bathroom was in the hallway. The master bedroom had a tv and the sitting area had a tv. It was such a neat place. It's located in an older area. Close by was a really neat Ice cream parlor built in 1939 sitting in a residential area. We were about five minutes away from a grocery store. It took us about 8 minutes to get to the downtown area. You are close to the interstate.
The parking is in the back or on the street in front. It is hard to park in the back of house. Sometimes, you had to parallel park in front. The furniture was old and had been used. For the most part, we were very satisfied with this place. I did have problems with the key access. I did not quite understand the key code and which knob to turn. The customer service line helped me deal with the problem. Once I figured it out, the key code was perfect.

Good Location, lots of space for the 2 of us, free parking and walking distance to downtown
The floor on the bedroom and not level to one of the bedroom and kitchen which was a big tripping hazard

It is great value for your money; a really comfortable apartment. The owners were very easy to reach and worked hard to solve any problems as soon as possible.
The key pad on the door was difficult to operate and took over an hour to get in. The location is in a less desirable part of town and I heard sirens all night.

Beds were comfortable , apartment was clean
Seedy location -the back looked like a dumping ground. There appeared to be an abandoned car in the front parking lot with a flat tire. In the bedroom you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and talking late into the night -it was very loud and kept us up. Kitchen was sparse-No dishwasher, needed more utensils, large bowls and pots and pans. The kitchen table only sat 2 people -not appropriate for a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 4 people.

Real relaxing . Rented from the 3 times now and more than willing rent from them again.
