Did not have a lobby, only a small window. No other contact with staff. No eminities. We stayed the next night in a hotel for less money and full eminities.

THE MOMENT I STEPPED IN MY ROOM IT WAS POORLY SANITIZED, I always check my rooms as a habit and when I checked under my bed there were cockroaches, the little couch was torn up and completely ruined !! i stepped out and went upstairs to check on my work partner and said his tv didn’t work, non the LESS WE WERE NOT GOING TO STAY THERE, when i went to the desk lady she said shes “ never heard of cockroaches in that room “ I asked her if she wanted to come in with me to check as proof and she “ NO ITS OKAY JUST BRING BACK THE KEY” so I did I asked for the refund and she said no, So I asked to speak with the manager and she said she doesn’t know the manager, I myself tried to contact the manager, continued to email them and no hope until finally called booking.com for where I booked and was no help and they rejected it ?? I DID NOT EVEN STAY THE NIGHT !! I DONT THINK ANYONE WOULD IN THAT SITUATION. AND IS STILL CHARGING ME 164.50 ?? HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE HOTEL. FAST FORWARD NOV 17, 2022 MY BANK IS NOW CHARGING ME AGAIN BECAUSE THEY REJECTED MY CHARGEBACK AS FRAUD ?? THE SUPERLODGE IN EL PASO TEXAS IS FRAUD. Please I encourage to any one, do not book here save YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DONT BOOK HERE !! NOR THE MOTEL OR BOOKING.COM WAS NOT HELPFUL. Only reason I booked was because I am a trucker and most of the hotels weren’t available for 2 separate rooms, and we just wanted to land and sleep at that point after driving and sitting for 15 hours. I WILL DEFINITELY BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION WITH BBB & INSPECTION CHECK, I don’t like being rude or pushy but this is unacceptable I didn’t even spend the night. and being patient with the whole process. I REFUSE TO BE CHARGED FOR A PLACE I DIDN’T EVEN SLEEP IN IM SORRY. TOTALLY TAKING FURTHER ACTION.

Well first of all they didnt have no one to check me and another person in at 1230 in the morning...if they didnt have staff they should have there open sign off and shouldnt allow to make reservations due to no one able to check u in!!!

In 40 years of staying at hotels this was the nastiest dumpiest place I ever seen! homeless people live better than this! I paid $70 for this dump and it wasn't worth $7! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Everything else. This place should pay people to stay here to see if they can last 24hrs in a $10 room for the price of $80🤦. If you just need some sleep this the place. If you going to be comfortable don't even bother. You be mad in the first 15mins.
