Waiting for batteries for my remote and the alarm clock, and phone didn't work.

Clean. Nice amenities. Kitchenette was convenient. Whirlpool tub was much needed after a night on that bed
THE BED! We both need a massage now. Left early because we couldn't sleep in that bed another night! TV service was spotty at best and the rooms Wi-Fi didn't work so we couldn't use phones to stream to tv. There was nothing to do near hotel and all restaurants were over packed or totally disgusting.

the room most comfortable but I could not get in the tub!!! I 😄😆 I had hip surgery and it was horrible!!! my husband had lift me in and out!!!!

I thought it was false advertising. I had to go check in at the Prince Resort .The ad said 2104 Towers at North Myrtle Beach which was really 2100 Towers at the Grove & that is were we stayed.. I thought I had made reservations for a beach front room but ended up in a room on the street side which was very noisy & they would not change it to what I really wanted !! The refrigerator/ ice maker made a noise the whole time we were there. There was a big nasty stain on the draw drape which needs to be cleaned.Never saw or receive room service.

We liked everything. The lady who did security was great! Also loved the the way employees interacted with everyone at the pool. The cleanliness was awesome!!!!
