Los baños compartidos pueden llegar a estar algo sucios. Hace falta una repisa o mueble donde poner tus cosas mientras te bañas, de lo contrario tienes que salir en toalla a al pasillo.

We got a couple room. The size of the room is adequate, the bed was big and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel is situated in walking distance to Little Tokyo Train Station and Union Station, a bit farther. So it's well connected. Additionally, also on the positive side there are really good restaurants on the neighborhood.

Although the staff was polite, their service was awful. When we arrived, we did not receive any information in regards to the organization of the hotel, with that we did not have the towels changed for three days. After the third day, we asked and the lady said that when we need towels changed, we should ask for it at the laundry room, which is not an issue, however we could have been informed of it. They never exchanged the bed sheets or pillowcases. The worst issue is that we precisely asked if there was any neighborhood that we should avoid. The staff member said: "No, in general you will be fine. There are a few homeless on Skid Row, but they won't bother you, specially if you avoid the late night". That advice is dangerously incorrect. Unfortunately, on our way back to the hotel we had to cross Skid Row, but guided by this advice we went through it. Please don't make the same mistake. It is an extremely dangerous neighborhood, composed of countless homeless installments with agitated drug users, actively doing drugs, fighting and doing their necessities in the open. Please do not downplay the importance of this and do not expose your family to this risk if you can avoid. I have been in favelas in Brazil that were not this dangerous. While I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the installment of homeless, it is responsible for the staff instructions.

Very friendly and hospitable staff, especially Masuma. After long flight when we arrived in morning she provide to us early check in 😊🙌 For this price excellent quality, comfortable beds, cleanliness, good location, many restaurants nearby.

On your way downtown you have to pass by the infamous Skid Row with junkies and homelesses. But they can be found even right next to the city hall.

Great location. A lot to do around the area within walking distance. Bathrooms looked pretty clean.

Comfortable firm bed! Great location in the Arts District. Easy to find street parking nearby. Found this hotel to stay in for the night after seeing a concert at the Moroccan and to avoid the storm at our campsite out in the desert. Shared bathrooms were clean and never in use by others when we were there.

Good value for the price. This was the cheapest hotel we could find near our concert venue for the night. Nothing fancy, but to be expected. For those concerned with mobility issues, this hotel requires stairs to access and doesn't have elevators.

It is too close to Skid Row. You should not walk around outside as soon as the sun sets.

Staff are really pleasant and helpful, rooms are very clean, comfortable and have lots of room. Great location convenient to Union Station and airport shuttles, also lots of unique restaurants and cafes nearby. Quiet part of town.

All bathroom facilities are shared, but they are very clean and have all you need, so this isn't a major issue.

The neighborhood is very cool with everything you need nearby, and central to everything in LA not nearby. Super nice cheap hotel that gives you a clean place to rest your head with no issues.

People working on the reception were pleasent. Nice and clean room with bed, fridge and chair. Shared bathroom -also very clean. Excellent location! Around 20-30min walking to Union Station and Little Tokyo. Many restaurants around. You could check in earlier than possible -Best value for LA !!!
