2 wedding parties had run of the hotel, bar & common areas. My partner & I let the front desk staff know our concerns. The staff put us in one of the outside igloos which was nice until they bought us a unrequested bottle of champagne & charged us for it. Very disappointed.

I love the warm traditional charm - the fireplace, twinkling lights and high tea. The food and service is excellent!

I look forward to seeing the swimming pool in summertime and renovations on the fitness center. This is where Marriott needs to up their game; they need to modernize while maintaining the vintage heart of the Drake. (maybe even more room renovation.)

I really loved the overall look and theme of the hotel. Also, I really love the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the bar was too.

-clean room -outdoor patio and porch areas are nice, but no dining service there- but they need to remove the ridiculous columns and revise and update the outdoor rock waterfall area -parking was easy

No internet connection! Unbelievably UNRELIABLE or SLOW internet - could not work, zoom, email, connect with family, could not relax and connect with Chromecast and my apps, could not figure out the city layout and what I needed to do there without reliable internet. Internet / wi-fi dropped out EVERY 2 minutes. I had to change hotels because of this! My door lock was faulty - first, couldn’t get in, then next day- couldn’t get out. The maid and I were stuck in the room waiting for maintenance to come open the door.
