Everything was perfect

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a great location for families, with having Walmart Chuck e cheese and great restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, rooms were great with the kitchen. My favorite part was the breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, I loved the waffle bar with the fruit and different syrups to go on top!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this property again. Staff and management was very welcoming and accommodating!!!!

Best parts are the location, it is very safe and family friendly with everything you need in walking distance, And then the breakfast, for the first times I've actually enjoyed the free breakfast at a hotel!!!

The rooms are spacious and having a kitchenette is very handy when traveling with children. My son really enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool. The property is kept very clean and the staff are super friendly. Great breakfast with many options as well.

I like that the property was clean and the location was conveniently by Walmart and restaurants.

I didn’t like that the front desk representative wanted to charge 250.00 deposit for our room and the total stay for the room was 269.00. That’s ridiculous, but I do find it out that she got my husband card information but never put the pending deposit on the card. So I would just be cautious about that.

The staff during the evening I checked in and the morning of our departure was AWESOME! The room was definitely pleasant.

I didn't like that there was a kids party at the pool with unruly and partially attended to children in and out. There were streams of hair noticeably floating in the pool. I was in room 411, the room directly beneath me sounded as though they were climbing through the walls, jumping on the furniture, slamming things against the wall constantly, running, arguing, yelling. Later found out they were a room full of kids! We laid down at 9:30. From 10 pm until 4 am the noise was nonstop! I called the desked and I was asked if I would move to a more quiet room in the early morning with my children, the youngest being 4! Why couldn't they be moved, since they were being the nuisance. We signed a paper stating we would keep noise down but I guess it's not for all guest. We were so agitated and cranky that we paid for a room that we basically sat up all night and DID NOT SLEEP! So basically money wasted! RIDICULOUS!
