I love how they made it to involve dogs, even though I don't currently have one. We liked the bottle opener that's on the door. We loved the seating area.

The microwave plate didn't spin. It didn't even get hot enough. The freezer part of the refrigerator didn't really work. Our stuff got dethawed. Also the one lady we met when we arrived was rude. Like we made this huge mistake that I put it in my name with my husband's card.

Great location and value. The staff were nice and friendly. I love pet friendly motels. They are family too.

Walls to thin. The shower head wasn't the greatest, but the water pressure was nice.

Location was convenient for re-entry to interstate. Room was small, but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wifi doesn't work unless you call a number in India and stay on the line, no thanks.

Fix the wifi issue. I shouldn't have to call an international number to get connected

Replace fridge

The gentleman who checked us in late in the evening was very very nice...all the staff was very nice and sociable. The bed was comfy. Fridge in room was a nice size, nice TV, had microwave which was great. Liked table in room as well.

No breakfast, coffee only till 1030am....no stopper in the tub to take a bath. No shampoo, lotion, hairdryer etc. Shower curtain was iffy cleanliness wise..needed replacing. No USB chargers in room :(

absolutely nothing

the overnight manager was clearly racist she saw me walk in with my three (black kids) ages 7,3 and 2 and began to shake her head and lock her office door. then she came up to our room an hour later and lied and said people are complaining about the kids yelling ( the children were asleep and we told her look they are asleep and she went downstairs to call the cops we told the cops the same thing and they let us stay because she was clearly lying .

Staff

The air conditioner didn’t work then started making loud noises in the middle of the night. I still haven’t received my receipt. The front desk said her printer wasn’t working. I told her about the air conditioning unit and she told me I would get a partial refund. I booked three rooms and mine was the only one that was a problem.
