I tried to cancel my trip fifteen minutes after booking. Got no reply, several more time, tried to cancel, still no reply. What a way to do business. The week has come and gone and still no kind of correspondence.

Beautiful location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean, when we arrived we felt very welcome. Great buffet breakfast, evening meals were awesome, great service

The complimentary breakfast was very, very good. Everything on the buffet was cooked perfectly and kept hot. Fresh waffles, a blueberry pancakes, moist scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins & more.

There isn’t anything that I can say needed improvement.

The room was not cleaned well, the ceiling fan was very dirty, the toilet was not clean and the seat was very loose (I did fix that). There was only one set of towels per occupant for a 3 day stay. The lay out of the entrance area was awkward, a large double sink area outside of the bathroom. They should put a broom/dustpan in the closet as the floors are tiled and you track in dirt from walking around the resort area. The tv was about the size of a computer screen. Had to ask for basic items as the rooms were stingily stocked. No phone in the room to direct contact the desk. Fire alarm went off due location to area of sink and hair dryer use. It took a bit long for someone to knock on the door to check on that as the FD was on their way. I noticed I left 3 shirts there in the closet and called the morning after I left around 10 am and left a lengthy message as no one answered. I never heard back from the front desk.

room was not ready for 4pm check in. room being ready for check in is very important when you’ve traveled a long distance and time it to be there on time to get into your room.

Walls thin and could hear others. Never cleaned while there. Had to ask for trash and days worth of wet/dirty towels removal. Then no clean towels left. Had to go and ask for them. Handles oof screen doors broken

location is very special. We had a waterview room which was lovely. Enjoyed deck from morning til a spectacular night sky. For most part the staff was helpful. We never saw housekeeping for the two nights. Two towels, two K cups, etc..

Sensed the Bar really didn’t appreciate people coming in just for a drink unless one sat at the bar, which is very small.

Great breakfast and breath taking scenery. The staff was awesome.

The front desk person was very pleasant while checking us in, but when we realized one of the 2 rooms rented had no available ice bucket, or cups and went to ask for it, the same person was not nice at all and complaining that they just sat down and had to accommodate our needs. Then as it was getting late, we decided to have dinner at The Deck Bar &Grill, on the property (which the front desk told us closed at 8). On their website there is an option to make a reservation, but it doesn't say that the restaurant is reservations only! So we go to the restaurant and very sassy host tells us that we should of have reservations, but because we are staying at the resort, they are "obligated" to sit us, and we are lucky, and he was very unhappy accomodate us. We know everyone is overworked and tired, and all tourist places are understaffed, but none of that is an excuse to treat customers like that, especially when everything is way overpriced these days! Room was spacious, but not very clean, lots of dust and hairs from the previous guests!

The room was a good size and a lovely view of the water. Good choice at breakfast and the sports on offer looked very good although we didn't have time to use them Beautiful setting.

Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the area better.

The location is wonderful! It was so relaxing and the views are spectacular!

The room we were in had cob webs and spinders in EVERY corner. The floors in the room were very dirty. It is likely a result of staffing shortages.
