The affordability, friendly staff, and location.

The room was very small and anytime the AC was on it smelled like paint so we could use the AC during our visit. The free breakfast was also awful. A juice machine and some granola bars is not a free breakfast.

A bit sparse….. So appreciated the effort to provide something for guests…

Bathroom and room was incredibly small. However, since I’m a smallest person it was fine for me. Thought plus size refrigerator in room unnecessarily took up too much space.

I liked the staff and how close it was to united center

The first front desk lady was awesome. She was super kind and welcoming. The location was great for our event. It felt like a safe area and right next to the parking garage was very convenient for leaving and arriving.

When we got there, we rushed back out so I didn't notice until later at night, back from the concert, that the bedspread was stained. Right by the part I would pull to my face, there was a large stain that resembled blood. I took a picture and walked down to the new front desk lady and showed her and asked if I could have a new comforter. She was extremely annoyed as if I wanted to be bothering her and claimed she had no others and I could move rooms. We ended up moving across the hall and found another gross stain, but it was by the foot of the bed at least so just let it go. Was frustrated with her annoyance of doing her job when I just wanted a clean comforter!

Great location and friendly staff. Parking was an excellent value.

Everything was wonderful, but the room was small.

We had one towel for the two of us, the comforter smelled like cologne and the included breakfast was a small box with yogurt, a bagel, fruit cup and oj My husband had to break up a fight outside between a local and a guest.
