OceanFront Room easy access to the beach, Pool.

Poor Wifi on all facility , room not clean out date furniture, worst pillows you have to buy your own to sleep confortable, they should make better by making rénovation to this place after summer time, for the price they charging this place should be not disappointing, Fix it

Housekeeper banging on the door at 9:30 in the morning. You don't answer they walk in. No do not disturb signs.

Location! Room is nice and roomy.

Needs an update, items in disrepair, no soap for dishes , paper towels, etc.

I loved that it was right on the ocean, beautiful scenery. The shower was nice.

Well first of all we had a man enter our room once and then a 2nd man and 2nd time, thank god we were there, they walked right in. My sister asked what they wanted, apparently to fix something. There was no notice or anything. Was not impressed very upset. Not acceptable. We were going to leave the hotel and go somewhere else but we had just drove 19 hours to get there and were tired. And then a third time some man knocked and then apologized when he heard us. I also heard they did that to another room. And they need some upgrades, the taps in bathroom were so old, carpet had stains on it and so did the couch, the kitchen needs work the cupboard were all chewed up. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Housekeeping did not bring towels for 2 days.

The wonderful ocean front view and close proximity to beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. All the amenities... pools, laundry on site.

There were no beach towels available for our use any of the days I checked (I had limited luggage space to bring my own). I had to park across the street most days and my brother has some walking difficulties.

I traveled for 5 days with my family of 20. The staff was amazing, and attended our every need. Perfect ocean views, and close beach access.

My bathroom was rough! The tub was peeling apart, the walls were chipped and needed a new coat of paint. My kitchen the toaster wouldn't work, and the walls and floors could use some TLC. As far as the rooms go, you don't even have doors separating you. You have a sliding plastic curtain that doesn't even lock. The beds were absoutely HORRENDOUS. If you want your back to hurt the entire trip, and for the next week after here's the perfect place for you to stay. All of our porch lights were out. Elevators were slow and took forever. Pools were dirty and 2 of them were closed. We won't be staying here again.
