There was nothing we didn’t like except no elevator lol

Friendly staff, large rooms. Everything’s clean. It was perfect for one night stay
I think it might be hard to find parking.

Bad plumbing, toilet overflowed and was not accessible through the night and morning.

I got what I paid for, a room. If you’re looking for anything else, this isn’t the place. No breakfast, no fridge, no microwave, no extra pillows as requested. The room was hot too. The lady at the front desk was inattentive when we checked in. The area is pretty sketchy, didn’t feel too safe and not a well lit area, except the front parking lot area when you turn in. The lady at the desk was also walking around with a baby when we were checking out, very unprofessional.

there was hair all over the bathroom, crumbs and dirt all over the bed, ac didn’t work

the convenience of be kind of in the middle of everything we wanted to do
wasn’t very clean…we were moved to a different room as soon as we got there because our first room was dirty the second room were moved to I had to literally fix the plumbing in the bathroom because there were 2 leaks…I don’t think there was any insulation in the whole place because we heard everything beside us and above us

I really enjoyed staying here . Very clean and great location. Only thing didn't serve breakfast . The lady that checked us in very nice and informative. Thank you Mrs. Jones

We stayed two days , and had no room service! No towels or wash rags !

Absolutely nothing.
-Dirty room
-replaced room with another dirty room
-told me first room wasn’t dirty just stained
-rude management and employees
-Management told me to “look at it from their point of view bc they know they clean it” ‘ and she had worse experiences at a Hotel’ — The manager came to see the room recognized it was dirty gave me a half apology and started complaining about her worse experiences so I should feel better about this DISGUSTING room

was not welcoming or clean management is very rude
dirty and didn’t treat there guest like the customer matter sheets where disgusting stains were all over them and they refused to change them even the furniture had stains had to seriously argue with them to switch the room and when they switched the room that room was dirty as well i will never stay with them again

This is a very clean, updated Hotel with easy access being right on Interstate 30 while passing through Fort Worth
