Stayed in the Lodge Suite which is very spacious. Building is very nice. Clean. Sufficient parking. No breakfast available (restaurant is closed until.dinner time).
Several issues with the room..The lights are SO DIM that we had to use our phones flashlights after dark to read. The only room with normal lights is the bathroom. Second, the shower is SO Obstructed that we couldn't get the soap off of us. Had to use a bucket to fill it with water from the sink to rinse off. Finally the fridge freezes everything, so we lost all items we put in the fridge as they froze solid. We followed the instructions and sent a text about the above issues to the management, hoping they would correct them. Noone responded. At checkout they stated they didn't get the message, and they were aware of the issues with the lack of lighting in the suite. If so, why weren't they corrected? Never had to use a flashlight inside a hotel before unless the power was out. Considering the price and issues we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful place. Inside made is feel at home. Staff was great! Restaurant at the location. Close to town

Fan in bathroom was dusty and didn't work (no window either), and the TV/cable is not very user friendly.

We come here every year for our anniversary. The cabins are cozy. The tub’s pretty small fir two people, but we had a great time.

The cabin was just like the pictures and it was so beautiful. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch and the restaurant, Tuckermans was tremendous.

The wifi was good; however, the service around the facility wasn't great. My girlfriend and I had to drive back to North Conway to get a bar of service. I would recommend adding the email confirmation from either a third party or an official hotel site that the offices are closed at 5 pm. We arrive past their office hours, and we had no contact number to call. Also, when we called the number that was given it went direct voicemail. Luckily Kathy from the front desk called us to let us know. In the future, add their business hours/ another line to contact if guests are arriving late.

The property was so nice, felt like being in a log cabin. It was clean and beautiful. I love that I didn’t need a key, just a door code.
Checking out process was simple, just put a code in the door but there was no way to confirm that it worked. Other than that I have no issues with the place.

The spa tub even when sealed drained which meant we had to keep adding water over time and some of the jets didn't appear to be working.

phone to call office didn’t work, microwave was in bedroom with no plug access anywhere for 3 prong plug to heat up food we brought. no plug for coffee pot. went to front office twice nobody there

restaurant across the street was only open on saturday night , not on sunday. no breakfast . soap in the cabin was eco friendly but awful. a rug on the carpet would be helpful by the front door to take off boots & keep the rug from being wet.,

Jacuzzi Tub could have been cleaner, but that didn't stop us from using and enjoy the Tub.

The cabin was very cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It was nice, quiet and relaxing.
One of the perks of staying here is Tuckerman's restaurant and tavern is on site. It's just a one - or two minute walk from any room. The downside is that the place is always very busy, so getting to sit at the bar for a meal and a drink is a long waiting game.
However, they were good about take-out orders for guest of the property even when they were extremely busy.

Kitchenette had microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker but no coffee, mugs, plates or silverware.

The room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. I loved the fireplace. The bed was comfortable. It has a beautiful deck that I enjoyed standing on during the snow storm while the world was covered in white. The restaurant was across the street and easy to access because we received "preferred seating" for staying there. The food and service were great.
I always search for 2 specific things when looking for a place to stay with my husband. We have 3 small children so we don't get away together very often. I look for a continental breakfast and an in room jacuzzi tub. We called over to the front desk on our first morning after they finally opened and were notified that they cancelled the continental breakfast years ago because of COVID. I found that frustrating. The website was misleading. Also, the drain in the jacuzzi tub leaked so the water didn't stay in. We would fill the tub and with in a few minutes the water was half gone. I also picked this room for the tub and was disappointed that it was essentially useless to us.
