The owners made every effort to help us. We were there for the marathon and I never had to worry about early morning transportation to the event.

very friendly staff, yummy food, nice and clean, helpful with anything you may need. They picked us up from the bus station and dropped us there. they also let us keep the room for the whole day/night to shower etc for the night bus to Nihn Bihn , very peaceful. Yummy food!!

Nice quiet homestay a little out of town run by a very nice and helpful family. The prearranged taxi pick-up from train station at Dong hoi was very efficient and they also took us to the the bus pickup when we left. When I left my glasses behind, they brought them to the bus stop for me. Food was very tasty, and a good price. Free breakfast was nice. Wifi was mostly fine. Motorbike rental and tour booking available.

Tiny chairs in the room not the best for tall people. One small florescent tube above door and a lamp for lighting.

Amazing hosting by the family. They booked a cave tour for us. Booked our bus tickets. Pick up and drop off provided. The staff allowed us to use the bathroom to take bath after our cave trek even after our check out. The stay was very nice rooms were very clean. Superb view from the room. Food was very tasty and they have vegetarian options too. If you plan a visit to phong nha you must stay here.

Everything is beyond expectations, value for money for such a room and service, Cubi is very enthusiastic, he helps me a lot with many things, he picks me up at the bus station and arranges a taxi for me to go to airport When I left, everything was perfect.

The family and reception are very friendly, the room is spacious, clean, the area is quiet and not noisy. There is an on-site shuttle service. motorbike rental and sightseeing tour services. When you come to Phong Nha, you should not miss this ideal place to stay.

The place is in a perfect spot, just outside the city but still close. The place is basic and clean, the bed was very comfortable (which is not always the case in Vietnam). I really felt welcome here.

Amazing homestay - a must stay in Phong Nha + I had the most lovely experience at Phong Nha amanda while exploring Phong Nha! The room was by far the nicest place I have stayed in all of South East Asia. Bi and the family were incredibly helpful and friendly and put in every effort to make my stay beyond enjoyable - they picked us up in the middle of the night, welcomed me with a smile, and were extremely helpful with all my questions. Amazing homestay, i was having a great time for relaxing at really nice SWIMMING POOL with nature mountain view. Staff is very friendly and helpful, Would definitely recommend the family dinner, it was an absolute blast with some good food and great people. This is the best place, more than expected . Definitely highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and willing to help us with everything. All the services, like renting a scooter or having a transfer from Phong Nha town to the homestay, were available at the homestay and we really liked that a lot. Would definitely recommend!

Basically nothing, but if we have to think of something it was the temperature in the breakfast area. This was a bit high, so a fan would have been nice to make it a bit more comfortable after coming out of your airconditioned room. But other than that, the stay was perfect!

The room had a lot of bugs and the bed was hard. The AC didn’t work that well. The Wi-Fi was weak. The bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere.

Cheap, rooms are big. The younger guy at the reception desk is really friendly, polite and welcoming.

Location out of town. No shops around at all. Wifi slow and TV didn't work.
