traveling for school, so it was a place to stay close by.
the owner was talking loud all night. The room wasn’t as clean, there was dust all over the bathroom and furniture. the toilet look like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

It was a nice for the cost. Met expectations. Staff was friendly.
The elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (hotel does offer smoking rooms).

Wew stayed in room 103 and the lighting entering the room near the microwave was poor. The water in the sink went out too slow as though it was clogged. No full length mirror for dressing.

The price of the room was decent for what you get.
The price changed upon check in. The room did not appear completely clean. The lobby smelled of smoke. The beds were hard and pillows flat. I’m pretty sure the missing smoke detector is a code violation and completely not safe.

Good location
Roomed smelled of cigarettes. The rest of the hotel smelled of cigarettes it is suppose to be a smoke free hotel. The staff walks around smoking

Very pleasant atmosphere, whirlpool bath was wonderful and clean! Very quiet restful stay!

COFFEE!!! Where is the coffee??? No coffee pot in the room. No coffee in the lobby. Having to leave the facility to get coffee was terrible!!!! Please get coffee……even if it’s in the lobby. That would be better than having to go outside the hotel for coffee!!

They charged my card for 3 separate rooms (which I needed) and I have only received invoices of 2 of them. I have been trying to get into contact with them but have yet to respond to any emails.
That I have not received all of my invoices. I need these to work documentation. No one was at the front desk for check out and I had to leave so I left the keys where they said to and left my email address with instructions to email ALL 3 invoices to 1 email.
