this hotel exceeded our expectations with the beautiful view on the 9th floor and the cocktail hour they hold in the evening. I booked to surprise my husband for his birthday and the front desk lady was so sweet and helpful.

The common areas are a good size and perfect to hang out with your family and friends. Breakfast and dinner are excellent

I love the staff and the breakfast and the happy hour!

there was some sort of sports team and the room next to mine was pretty loud at times with the banging.

The evening reception and morning breakfast make this place so convenient for travel! At the end of a long day of driving, the last thing we want to do is get in the car again and find dinner. We also *loved* the high observation deck!!!! Great place for watching the world go by, playing cards, or reading.

I liked everything

Breakfast was excellent from the waffle station to eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It was the equivalent of most restaurants and better than many. We also had breakfast later and they did not run out of food like some other hotels that I have patronized in the past.

Outside parking is a little limited so I used the parking garage, but I was happy I did because there was a hail storm during my stay. Also there was a problem with the door from the parking garage sticking and not wanting to open.

Caylee at the front desk was exceptional. She was very kind and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and a decent size.
