Para ser objetiva, a pesar de aborrecer el lugar, tengo que aceptar y comentar que lo único bueno del hotel son las camas, las almohadas y la ubicación.

Cuando llegas te sorprenden pidiéndote un depósito de 50 dólares (no lo señalan en su página previamente), según esto es para cubrir posibles daños, ese depósito me dijeron que lo regresaban máximo 2 días después del check out, pasaron 5 días después del check out y llamé al hotel y con muy mala gana me dijeron que tenía que esperar más tiempo, que no era tan rápido (cuando al principio dijeron máx. 2 días), ahora ya pasó más de una semana y aun no recibo mi depósito de vuelta y nadie me da razón de los sucedido. Por otro lado, no hacen la limpieza de la habitación, la razón de la recepcionista es que es su política derivada por COVID, sin embargo en ningún lado lo comunican, ni en su página, ni al hacer el check in, ni en la habitación hay alguna nota que te indique esto, y bueno al llamar a la recepcionista sorprendida porque no hicieron la limpieza, salí regañada yo que por qué tenía que haber solicitado con anticipación dicho servicio para que me pusieran en lista de espera. He viajado a más de 30 países y mas de 60 ciudades en todo el mundo, y por COVID la higiene es primordial, no logro entender cómo no realizan la limpieza de la habitación por este motivo y ni si quiera hay sana distancia, nadie usa cubrebocas, no hay gel antibacterial en áreas comunes, la verdad no tiene coherencia. Durante mi estancia conocí a 3 recepcionistas diferentes una señora, la que me regañó por no pedir yo la limpieza, un chico al que le pedí si me prestaba unas tijeras ahí mismo (no para llevármelas) para abrir una bolsa y de mala gana me mandó al bar a pedirlas, del bar me regresaron a la recepción que porque ellos no podían hacer eso y bueno se terminaron peleando entre ellos y al final me dieron un cuchillo. La última recepcionista que conocí, le pedí de favor resguardar 2hrs, 2 mochilas pequeñas (de menos de 5 kilos) en lo que íbamos a desayunar y de muy mala gana dijo que no tenía donde ponerlas y tuvimos que rogarle para que accediera. ¡Hotel Indigo la peor experiencia!

The room was awesome the food was great.

The staffing was short when I arrived for check in it took someone 5 minutes to check me in. She was working in the bar area. The plumbing wasn't the best it took the hot water a long time to get hot and I heard running water all night from the toilet.

There was a nice pool, gym, and restaurant with good food.

The broken promises that were made. When booking online make sure to call the facility since each facility is different when you check in and the prices are correct.

I couldn’t enjoy my stay

I didn’t like booking.com customer service. The person that I had on the phone was not helpful at all to the point I had to ask for her supervisor. The supervisor handled it quicker than she did but she was not helping my reservation. I booked my room through booking.com and basically didn’t not end up having a room because hotel indigo does not have the extranet to confirm my reservation. So I lost my room and a great experience because of it. And was also getting married the next day so it was a frustrating process overall. And hotel indigo was totally booked for the weekend so they weren’t able to offer me a room to stay in so I stayed with my sitter who had a room already booked.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the location, the comfort, and the decor. The hallways smelled really good and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We actually created friendships with staff and guests!

The service during breakfast was okay, not exceptional. The ice machine was broken on the 5th floor. Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms it would’ve been more convenient to have easy access to ice to cool beverages.

I slept like a Princess. It was very comfortable and the room was huge.
