Location, rooms are good, good Kitchen and living room.

The floor was a Little bit dusty,

Plenty of room for our family. It was nice to have a toaster, coffee pot plenty of pots and pans, paper towels, bathroom supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The stuff you sometimes forget. Plenty of bathroom towels. Quiet neighborhood. We felt safe enough to leave our door open. There were grocery stores within walking distance (half a mile or so). There were sand toys to take to the beach. There were tables and chairs on the porch for siting outside.

No parking. It was very hot inside when we got there. Only ac was in the bedrooms. There was a sewer odor when you turned the bathroom sink on. We had 8 people in our party, 7 of them were female. A roll or two extra of toilet paper would have been nice, we ran out. The coffee cups were stained and needed replacing as well as the plastic cups, they were very dingy which made you think they were dirty. Other than that there were plenty of dishes. I could not find any pot holders. A dish cloth and towle would have been nice, there was a sponge which worked ok. Salt and pepper would have been helpful as well. That's something everyone uses. There was not a number or a way you could contact anyone if you had a problem. The information available at the house seemed like old information and not to helpful. Games and toys for the kids were partials. I organized the puzzles, but everyone of them had missing pieces. The drawers they were in were a mess. There were little records for a music box but no box to play them. They were stuff that I played with as a kid. My grandkids had no idea what they were. Needed more up to date children entertainment, likes games or something complete. I'm not talking electronics up to date just puzzles, card games something inexpensive.

very nice unique little house located in a wonderful neighbourhood

Perfect location on the edge of Hillcrest. Front porch faces the sunset, small terrace on the back provides a wonderful view to watch the sun rise. Three bedrooms, a small bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Usually it's easy to find a spot to park, unless you return home late. And just a few minutes away you can even catch MTS-buses to go eg. Downtown.

Inside the place is tidy and clean. But the outside could use some attention ... Though a really quiet area, it could happen, that you hear neighboring guests talk all night.

It was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood with friendly people, lots of dog owners walking their dogs. The house was clean, nice, and the only thing That would have made it perfect is a second bathroom to accommodate 5 people. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value. Centrally located. Great amenities. Very comfortable.

Parking near the residence fills up quickly. Get there early or walk a long way. Not much can be done about that.

PARKING, Single Bathroom

The location was very good because it was close to the zoo and Balboa Park. Downtown was very easy to get to as well. The water pressure in the shower was strong. Unfortunately, those are the only two nice things that I can say about this property.

This property needs an overhaul. It’s supposedly recently remodeled, but you sure can’t tell. The bathroom was the most disappointing. It needs new everything including toilet, shower fixtures, tile, cabinets, flooring and towels. The tub could be dangerous for a young child or elderly person due to the the raised height of the tub walls. The temperature in this rental was either freezing or burning up. There are A/C units, but they are noisy and not very efficient. The electric fireplaces did not work that well - one didn’t work at all. You have to be careful not to use too many electrical appliances or else the circuit breaker will flip. Wi-Fi is very spotty. Sometimes we had a hard time watching Netflix because it would lose Wi-Fi connection. The window treatments need to be replaced - sun comes shining right into the bedroom at 6 am. Very strong odor in the home. Parking is awful. We had to park many blocks away almost every evening. Would never return to this property. Very disappointed.

the views were nice, the neighborhood was quite and very family friendly.

There isn’t enough parking on the street. House is a little older and sounds are more noticeable to neighbors downstairs. Not suitable for a big family.

Cleanliness could be better, spiderwebs everywhere. Parking was horrible

The days we booked were Monday and Tuesday and they clean the streets we got there late Monday and the only sign warning about the street cleaning was not anywhere near where we parked, and our group traveled in three cars. we got three parking tickets Monday morning. then Tuesday morning two of our cars were parked on the opposite side of the street so two more parking tickets. I just wish someone would have put that in the notes, so we were aware of that. other than that, I loved it, we all did. It was a wonderful place.
