Friendly cooperative owner who was generous and concerned about our comfort. Close to trains, buses and all shopping and cafes, pubs I could want. Loved the area! The room was large and coffee/tea service with light snacks were provided free, Rooms were cleaned and serviced daily, supplies in shared bathroom replaced daily.
There was a long term guest that kept their door open, and walked about a lot. But he was friendly and seemed harmless.

The hotel was a short walk from Ealing Broadway Zone 3 and in a safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean. Breakfast items were in the room when we checked in and replenished every day - cereal, croissants, jam, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and there was milk and water in the small fridge in the room. We were surprised to be given some Breakfast Vouchers at Chantal’s where we got a tasty Light English Breakfast complimentary the Caspian Hotel. Very pleasant staff!

The host was a very pleasant and helpful person. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. Location is great, hotel is clean and quiet. Room was serviced and refilled with goodies every day. Definitely would recommend!

Ealing broadway is literally a two minute walk away, which is perfect cause from here you can reach many bus lines and metros too. Also here you can find SOOOO MANY shops (either for clothes or food), restaurants, ect. Not to talk about the view AND a quite big green park right in front of the accomodation. Central London is like 30minutes from the hotel:) The host was also extremely kind ad he waited for us to get there even when our plane was delayed and we got there late and he also helped us in everything:) We got new suppliments in our room every day and they also cleaned it every day.
Would be lovely to have a seperate bathroom to every room, but it wasn’t inconvenient this way either, actually was very clean:) Though a breakfast would be great every day, beaceuse sure there are suppliments in the room but that portion would only be enough for a child. Also english breakfast is not encluded all the way, we only got one free try:/

The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. The commute to central London was also very convenient from the underground subway system. For the price, the facilities were very clean and the room was spacious.

The owner was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. He brought us a space heater when we got too cold in the room, and also gave our group a voucher for a free breakfast at a local eatery. Location is great and easy to get both in the city and back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again the next time i’m in London!

I found the Caspian very easy to find and very close to bud and tube stations good links to the area room was spacious and more than comfortable the staff were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them

A wonderful heritage building. Our host was most hospitable. Light continental snacks /breakfast in room appreciated. Clean and safe. Great location to catch train to city. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Nice room with decent facilities at a very handy location. Owner and staff couldn't be more accommodating with a very friendly atmosphere. Appreciated the snacks and water provided. Extremely thoughtful and reflective of the approach taken by management.
It's a room at good value. It is what it is and nothing to not like.

The room was clean and neat, every day when we came back from touring everything got organized and the breakfast supplies were renewed. Also, the services (WiFi, TV, hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator) worked perfectly, and there were hygiene products in the room as well. We went during winter and the room temperature was on point. The best thing about the hotel is its location- the underground station is two blocks away, and there are 3 lines that can get you to the most central areas of the city in less than 40 minutes. There is a shopping centre nearby too, and many places to eat out. Would gladly come back some time!

The room was cozy, spacious, clean and with a lot of character. The manager was very helpful and easygoing. The location 20 mins from Oxford circus was the perfect shopping center outside London, easy and quiet with a lot of services.

absolutely lovely 2 night stay. lovely welcome from the owner, some goodies in the fridge for us on arrival and comfy beds. everything we needed and only a couple of minutes walk to the tube.

Atmosphere in Caspian is incredible. you need help - ask the owner who is very nice guy :) There is a cleaning everyday and you’ll get some snack - so nice!!! The localization is great - 5 minutes from underground, 3 min from buses. In the neighborhood there are shops, cafes and restaurants so you will find whatever you need ;)

the staff is very friendly and accommodating. He gave us tips and places to go. I love the proximity of the place to the bus and train stations. it made it very easy for us to around and back.

Location is wonderfull. Very close to the metro/train station. Many places to eat on the area.
We were at the ground floor and there was a bit of noise coming from the floors above. shower could be better.
