Heating lacks a little, tv difficult to figure out for older people( technically challenged)

heaters took a long time to heat up no instructions on their use provided. not fond of smart tvs just wanted to see local news & weather again no instructions.

Location was great. Close to amenities while being far enough away from traffic noise and city lights. Facility was clean, ample supply of towels, large kitchen was great, spacious living area, nice outdoor setting area, great views.

Would have liked a later check out time - 10:00 am is very early to organize a larger group. Multiple light switches, difficult to determine what switch ran which light, would be helpful if they were labeled.

Lots of wildlife in the yard

A/C would be nice. Too many light switches with no labels. Ceiling fan and light in living room didn’t work.

Nice living room where we played board games they had on hand. We also watched a little tv in the living room before bed and had plenty room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was huge! We enjoyed cooking almost all of our meals and used the breakfast bar and the dining room table.

The only thing we wish had been different were the pans. There were nonstick pans that metal utensils had been used in so there were chips out of the coating. This is not actually advisable to use due to the chemicals they leach into the food and air.

Very convenient to town and Estes Park yet it felt like we were more remote as we watched wildlife come through.

The internet service was slow and spotty
