The room was perfect, very, very clean and had everything we needed.

The only complaint was we were not able to get extra blankets or pillows and the air kept going up to 78’. Otherwise everything was great.

location, the view from the balcony is amazing, the beds are comfortable

the washer, drier, dishwasher need to be replace. the pots and pans also need to be replace. the bathroom floor need a good scrubbing

The room was dusty and flooring was broke in some spots. Wasn’t cleaned properly.

The location was nice . It was right next to the beach and you could easily access the boardwalk . There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was clean and well maintained with lots of room to accommodate guest.

The room was NOT clean . Check in was at 4:30 we arrived 20 minutes early and were told we could not check yet which was understandable as we did arrive early however after waiting till 4:45 to check in I did expect a clean room for my family and that was not what we got . Our room still had the dirty laundry from the guest before us . The washer and dryer were broke the washer only washed clothing on light wash and the dryer did not dry at all. The microwave only worked on and off and I’m certain the floors had not been cleaned in a while. We took cold showers the entire five days of our trip as the water NEVER even got warm . There were no supplies in this room to clean with at all .

Location is great, we parked and never got in our car until we left! Food, shopping and entertainment are a short walk away. Great place for families with kids!

The accommodations, staff, security, cleanliness.

Walking distance to all attractions and gift shops. Resort has a lot of entertainment so really no need to leave.

Privately owned side of condos pool and hot tub closed a little early but understandable.
