Don’t stay here! When we arrived the hotel carpet was dirty. The staff then offered a room with damp carpet, which was an insult. The person’s checking in after us decided to cancel their reservation like I did. The pictures on the site were deceptive. This is more like a motel. It’s also used as a weekly and monthly rental for the locals, with quite a few homeless people in the benches and around the property.

Location is pretty good. Close to shopping ,restaurants and beach

Seem to be a lot of homeless lingering in the hotel parking lot all hours of the day and night.

Homeless guests who looked unstable. Looked like drug deals were happening.

I like the TV but that was it everything else in this room was awful worst experience I've ever had will never come here again or any Best Western

This was the worst hotel motel I've ever stayed in in my life and I've stayed in a lot people up front were rude the customer service the room was dirty I paid a lot of money for this room and it was not worth it the room was dirty the rug was full of stains the food was awful it consisted of muffins and orange juice cold muffins at it don't waste your money

Extremely unsafe location and multiple people were banging and knocking on our hotel door at Midnight and 3am. Drug use, homeless people, and we felt very unsafe staying there. We will never stay there again.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating. The location, as far as being close to downtown and good is excellent, however, this location also caters to what the locals who we spoke to about the place call "tweakers". The rooms right below us were filled with them. They had people coming and going all day and night.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. And we got a corner room next to the stairs so we only had one neighbor. The walls don't seem to be too thin so it was a fairly quiet night.

We have stayed at this Best Western before. This is the first time that it seemed like there was a different type of crowd hanging around the parking lot. There was just a weird vibe outside.

Mattress was oddly lumpy and uneven I could hear loud snoring through the wall
