Room wasn't as clean as it first appeared...refrigerator didn't get cold enough.....no elevator....and roaches showed up on our last day there. Pictures of their hotel are very misleading. Ice machine was broken. You have to check in at Days Inn next door. Decided to go ahead and pay extra for a better room for our next trip.

I didn’t like how the remote didn’t work to the tv, it takes 10-15 minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower and the rooms didn’t have any towels or wash cloths In the bathroom. Going up the stairs it stinks real bad due to trash piling up on the trash can and around it.

The photos on the website looked nothing like the room we were given. The phone had some kind of black stuff all over it. The bathroom door and trim were rotted.

I requested 2nd floor, I got first floor and it was designated for handicap people called access room, the view was the pool not the beach, room was so unclean and saw many bugs, light in the room was bad, A/C was bad, internet kept disconnecting kitchen was incredibly not clean and the breakfast was very limited, attitude of the employees was horrible nothing in the hotel is good and nothing I liked in this hotel, I had to keep the curtain close all the time because the room was facing the pool

They rooms need upgrades and the staff doesn't clean dirty chairs phones don't work floor dirty only thing they change is the sheets

I liked the location.

I didnt like the fact my toilet ran most of the time. I didnt like the humidifier we had to.change it. In order to get "fresh" towels we had to bring the.diry ones to the office. The bed squeeked everytime you moved.

Access to beach not clean, Dog pupu was next to ice machine for 4 days no one clean.

Room ok, the area is not clean.

Staff was nice

Pool area was clean and maintained. Room was big and had most everything we needed. Location was great. Nice and quiet with less traffic.

The Wi-Fi never connected. The shower ran out of hot water and had zero pressure. The beach shower is better than the room one. The doorknob to the balcony was just hanging by one screw.
