Would only allow one towel each for the stay When asked for fresh towels she said no Not eco friendly. No paper towels, no napkins Which you would think an apartment would supply

The apartment matches the photos exactly, the private and quiet terrace only a couple of steps away from busy train station and tourist attractions.

Noisy neighbours arrived on the second day.

It was spacious and clean with a beautiful deck at the back.

It was too cold, we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the apartment. There was a gap in between the queen bed (it was like two single beds put together).

I arrived and had to wait for the host even though he knew exactly what time I was arriving. It was confusing not knowing where to wait for him. The address was easy to find but once inside and leaving the apartment and trying to find it again was complicated. The host should have a map to locate the apartment once inside the gate. In fact he had no information at all including any info on Florence. The apartment was full of mosquitos so the first night was very uncomfortable.

Location and garden. Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t get to use it.

Lighting or lack of lighting in the kitchen, especially if you want to cook

Central location - could not be better for walking to every tourist attraction. Modern spacious apartment - well appointed. Excellent car parking in adjacent secure garage . Efficient friendly service. Easy to meet up on arrival - to agreed schedule.

Central Florence has ZTL zone which bans cars at certain times. The owners attempt to guide tourists arriving by car outside the zone. In practise our sat back did not pick up on this route and sent us through a maze of very narrow cobbled streets with many pedestrians and into the red ZTL zone. I fully expect a fine for infringement.

Friendly personal, uncomplicated check-in procedure. It was very helpfull to have someone who had explained everything what we need to consider during our stay. And thank you to Erika who gave us suggestions what to eat and where to go. Watching the sunset from Piazzale Michelangelo is unforgettable. The garden looks very nice and it was very comportable to have breakfast there before starting our day in the city center which is only in minutes to reach by foot.

In general not a big issue it's just a suggestion what could be improved. The range of the wifi was very limited to living room. In bedroom and in the garden the signal was very low. Part of the wall needs repainting, maintainance and the air conditioner surely could be cleaned from time to time.

Great location, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The main cathedral is also less than a 10 minute walk away. Apartment was comfy and spacious, with a lovely garden to relax in

The bathroom could do with a bit of an update as there is mould around the window and shower screen

Plenty of spots nearby where we could grab breakfast as well as dine. Sightseeing was just a few minutes away, and especially near to the Florence Duomo and Giotto's Bell Tower which is a must-visit.

Great location, agreeable host, comfortable beds. And the best garden to have your breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The staff were really nice and the location great and the property really pretty.

The host was cooperative and the location colse to shopping and tourism area.

The Air conditioner was working in fan only because of government laws energy saving.

The location was great, among lovely little bars, quiet, and a 15 min walk from the river/downtown. The little private garden was lovely. All amenities included - washing machine, cooker, microwave, dishwasher. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Bed was slightly too soft. My advice would be to include tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and dishcloths for guests (the basic cleaning necessities). Everything else was great!

The location is great, big terrace gives an opportunity to spend a nice evening without going out. +no addutional fees for pets.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable one, perhaps time has come to buy new mattresses.

There could have been some more glasses, small spoons and that kind of things

Very near to train station, shops and attraction. Good garden to chill out.

The bed can be better. Tv should be located at living hall, just my preference.
