Near to our train station. Staff were excellent, arranging a taxi and with directions to the station. Very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfy rooms, will stay again on our travels.

Just stayed the one night in Paris. Chose the hotel for its location to the station. The hotel was great value for money. The room was small, but comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The hotel was faultless. Left unsure why it is only 2*! Service was superb, room was perfect and it was very warm and inviting. The shower was powerful and the location is great especially for Gare De Lyon. I also took my dog and it was very pet friendly!highly recommended especially for the value for money - 3* for sure.

The pictures displayed here do not show the reality, in the pictures the room looks much nicer and comfortable. Besides that, there was a strange/bad smell in the room (ground floor).

Staff exceptionally good--I came in the morning to ask if I could leave my luggage for a few hours before coming back in the afternoon to check in, and they allowed me to check in a few hours early! Much appreciated! Staff also very nice during other interactions. Great location, easy to access from la Gare de Lyon, well-connected to the metro.

The only serious complaint I have is that the safe in the room was very small and also detached, so hypothetical burglars would be able to easily just take the whole safe away. It seems pointless to have a safe like that. Not an issue if you don't have valuables to store. Also, the room was reasonably quiet most of the time, but could have been insulated a bit better from the other rooms in terms of noise (the bed shaking from another room was quite audible).

The hotel staffs really helpful and friendly! The hotel also near metro station, and the area surrounding by restaurants and stores. I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel De Venise. Recommended!

The room was smaller than I expected. For solo traveler like me it was okay, but if it's for two people the room maybe too small.

It's a small, nice and clean room, perfect for a couple. If you come to Paris to explore, you have my recommendation to book this place. It's super close to the metro. Reception is open 24/7 and guy at the reception (don't remember the name, he has glasses) who welcome us and work there was pleasant, super nice and friendly, he even give us a few tips how to use metro and where to go around Paris. Great value, because it's Paris and everything is very expressive.

Location was its best feature, close to RER A at gare de Lyon and metro line 1 at Reuilly Diderot. Boulangerie across the road and laundromat down the street. Helpful and friendly reception and breakfast room staff. Comfortable beds. Superior twin room cramped, typical of Parisian hotels, nevertheless there was space between the beds. Tiny bathroom but nice shower.No place for a toilet roll holder. Washing in bathroom sink forbidden.

Intrusive noise from other rooms and noise from the street,despite it being a relatively quiet street. Could hear people walking in rooms on floor above. No kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. They will provide boiling water on request. In the morning coffee is available for €1.50.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with a wonderful breakfast. Excellent location for the Gare de Lyon.

The staff were exceptional. I had an accident and we needed to stay an extra night as I had to go to a hospital for emergency treatment. They went out of their way to ensure we could stay in the same room. The location is less than 1km from Gare du Lyon and near a number of attractions. The local area is pleasant with a good buzz to it. The room was clean and fine for a short stay. The dining area is pleasant and the breakfast choice was good.

The location was ideal for our arrival and departure from Gare de Lyon. Good selection of local bars and restaurants. The room was small but adequate and very clean plus air con. Basic continental breakfast was good value.
