what thing i liked about the place was its distance from our event. That it was not costly. That it was clean.

The hotel can improve further with its services. The A/C was not that cold, the hotel provided only two pillows for two people, no towels bec it was still being washed.

The place was great. Room was very clean.

Everything was good except for the part when we checked in at 2 p.m. which was the check in time on on our booking.com reservation but the staff at the front desk told us that check in time was at 3 p.m. and wanted to charge us an additional fee for early check in.

Pool was very good. Especially the massage pool. Breakfast was okay.

We booked the capsule room 6 pods. However, there are improvements we would like to suggest and hopefully the management will listen, 1. No drying racks 2. put towel or clothes holders in the toilet and shower area 3. Regular AC maintenance. since there were leaks when we turned it off in the morning 4. Room AC also is not that cold (maybe due to the bed positioned UNDER the AC) 5. Room mini fridge got cold after 24 hours (lol) 6. No in-room telephone, we saw the phone on top of the fire extinguisher box near the elevator. (at least put a mini table there to make it look better?) For the rest; 1. There was a play area, we let our son play for a little but we were then informed that its for the owner's children. There were no signs that its prohibited nor it was locked. My 2 year old really got disappointment. This facility was placed in front of the pool with a glass, wall so he always looks at it. 2. Breakfast shows it was served with hot/cold coffee (Printed in the menu) but we were informed that this offer is no longer valid after 10AM (This was NOT printed in the menu) We wanted to be a member but was disappointment by our experience.

I like all the facilities especially the capsule bed me and my family enjoyed our quick vacation at pampanga. So peaceful and clean also comfortable

Front Desk can be easily pressured by demanding clients. Front desk forgot we were staying for 2 days, we got locked out of our room because of this

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious, everything was still new/ well maintained. There was a good area for parking and the hotel did not feel congested even if there were a good number of guests.

The bathroom was a bit dirty. We moved the bed to the wall since we have a toddler and the floor underneath was also dirty. We had to wait a while for housekeeping to come and clean everything up. They were very polite and apologetic though, and explained that they were adjusting to the holiday rush given the long drought of customers due to the pandemic. Overall it wasn't too much of an inconvenience and understandable given the challenges everyone is facing.
