Nous avions loue la propriété en entier en famille. Très jolie propriété avec un large jardin et piscine.

Hemos estado un grupo de 17 entre adultos y niños, la estancia correcta. La casa es enorme, y el exterior una pasada. Sobre todo la zona de la piscina que ha dado mucho juego y diversión. Para mejorar, diría que el menaje de la cocina justo y algo viejo, las ollas y sartenes no valen todas ya que tienen que ser para inducción. También, nos ha tocado la época de mosquitos.... Por lo demás, todo bien y una estancia muy tranquila.

Ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza en familia.

La casa es perfecta para un grupo de amigos o familia....la piscina, los espacios verdes, el porche para las cenas y comidas, ....todo muy bien. Nosotros hemos tenido mala suerte porque había muchos mosquitos este año, pero es la naturaleza, contra eso no hay nada escrito.... La recomendamos

La casa está fenomenal la piscina es genial . Tiene mucha parcela y con muchos detalles . La única pega por ponerle alguna es que hay muchos mosquitos, por lo demás nos ha gustado mucho.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris à notre arrivée. Quelle était notre étonnement quand nous avons découvert les lieux. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos qui étaient prometteuses... Nous vous conseillons fortement cette location. Encore merci à Alex "le propriétaire" qui es resté à notre écoute lorsque nous avions des questions. Allez y et profitez...

We verbleven in deze mooie , ruime woning met 11 volwassenen en 1 baby. Zeer groot domein: voldoende parkeerplaats, veel bomen, groot zwembad ( 's avonds mooi verlicht) waarin je je goed kan verfrissen en dat vanaf 14 u in de zon ligt. Onze groep heeft niet zoveel gebruik gemaakt van het terras aan het zwembad aangezien we een persoon in een rolstoel bij hadden die daar niet kon geraken . Het hoofdhuis ( enkel living bereikbaar met rolstoel) heeft een ruime keuken, met groot inductiefornuis, grote oven , microgolfoven, ruime frigo en vriezer. Er is geen gewoon koffiezetapparaat maar wel een Nespresso machine wat uiteraard prima is. Drie kamers beschikken over goedwerkende airco , de kamer waarin het stapelbed staat heeft geen airco of ventilator. Het zou zeker een meerwaarde zijn hier ook een van beiden te voorzien. De kamer in de kelder hebben wij niet gebruikt omdat deze naar ons gevoel een te hoge luchtvochtigheid bleek te hebben ( mogelijk factor : warme weer). In deze woning staat ook een prima wasmachine waarvan wij enkele keer gebruik gemaakt hebben ( achter de woning kan je aan de waslijnen alles snel laten drogen) . Het ruime terras is bereikbaar met enkele trapjes vanuit de keuken. Wij hebben de tafel uit het BBQ huis bijgezet om voldoende zitplaatsen te hebben, beneden aan het zwembad zijn voldoende stoelen zodat we er enkele naar boven konden verplaatsen. Zo konden wij op het terras boven allemaal samen eten en genieten van het mooie uitzicht op het bos. Het bijhuis is wel toegankelijk met een rolstoel, het heeft een ruime living en goede keuken met ook nog een frigo met vriezer en microgolfoven. Er zijn drie slaapkamers: twee heel grote kamers met ventilator en een kleinere kamer zonder ramen naar buiten ( wel ramen naar de living toe) en zonder ventilator . Wij zouden wel voorstellen om in al de ramen in deze woning overal muggenziften te plaatsen aangezien je 's nachts de ramen moet openzetten voor voldoende afkoeling. Er is in deze woning 1 badkamer aanwezig. Wij werden vriendelijk onthaald door mijnheer Pozo en ook bij problemen was hij beschikbaar en reageerde hij snel en loste hij deze goed op. Nog een klein advies is dat wij zouden aanraden om minstens 2 afstandsbedieningen voor de elektrische poort te voorzien ( grote groepen die soms andere uitstappen maken, dan moet je de poort open laten staan). Stranden mooi, proper en rolstoeltoegankelijk. Zeker een aanrader om een fijne rustgevende vakantie door te brengen !

Netter Empfang, gute Ausstattung, weitläufige Außenanlage, wirklich ruhige Lage. Sagunt hat schöne Strände und die Umgebung läd zu zahlreichen Ausflügen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, man sollte vielleicht etwas Mückenschutz mitnehmen. Der Pool ist sicherlich ein tolles Vegnügen, aber leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes etwas mit der Pumpe nicht in Ordnung. Die Wasserqualität war dadurch eher nicht so einladend. Ich denke, wenn das behoben ist bereichert der Pool den Aufenthalt.

Villa magnifique très spacieuse avec de nombreuses chambres. L'annexe à la maison principale est également très grande. La maison dispose de la climatisation dans la plupart des chambres. Le parc est magnifique et ombragé, la piscine est immense (75m2). Le coin barbecue est lui aussi immense avec une grande cheminée. Quelques points à améliorer : rajouter une table sur la terrasse car il n'est pas possible de manger à 15 convives sur la table en bois ; rajouter quelques grandes casseroles car beaucoup de petites non adaptées ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour bref villa à recommander !

Alquilé la casa para poder celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre. Vino toda la familia de alemania y la verdad es que tuvimos bastante suerte con el tiempo. Una fiesta inolvidable entre amigos y familia en un sitio de lujo. Es una casa muy acojedora, con su toque "vintage" y muy pero muy limpia. Aqui dejo otra vez un gran "Muchisimas gracias" I've rented the house for the birthday party from my mother. The whole family from Germany came over to celebrate and spend some holidays in Spain. The house is very clean and has that nice and very neet "vintage" touch. I would like to say here again "Muchisimas gracias"

Hemos pasado una semana de Navidad estupenda, siendo posible reunirnos 3 generaciones en un entorno precioso, con mucho espacio y muy tranquilo. Las casas son muy amplias, y acogedoras, reunen todas las necesidades que se puedan tener, y con la amplitud del exterior, los niños no han tenido tiempo de aburrirse, han disfrutado de lo lindo. Ha sido una Navidad preciosa, que no olvidaremos. Esperamos poder ir en verano y disfrutar de la piscina.

Todo era genial por las fotos no se puede ver el grande y bonito que es una ves llegado y veas su enorme belleza y tranquilidad muy bonito.Si quieres un sitio donde descansar y no pensar para otras cosas este es tu sintió. Gracias

Nous avons passé 15 jours extraordinaires dans cette superbe villa.... le cadre est magnifique, la villa est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et confortable et la piscine au top ! Alex est un hôte charmant et très à l'écoute ! Nous étions 11 personnes (6 adultes et 5 enfants), tout le monde a adoré !

Nous étions 2 familles françaises avec 4 enfants âgés de 1 à 6 ans et avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa. Les photos et vidéos étaient déjà impressionnantes mais en vrai, dites vous bien que c'est encore mieux ! La villa est construite avec des produits nobles et pas des matériaux bas de gamme que l'on peut trouver parfois dans des locations. J'ai été impressionnée également par tous les équipements, il ne manque rien, comme on pourrait être dans notre maison personnelle, cela va par exemple des draps, serviettes de toilette en nombre suffisant, au presse agrume électrique et au presse purée dans la cuisine, rien n'est oublié ! On cherche quelque chose, on le trouve. Je n'ai jamais trouvé de cuisine aussi bien équipée dans toutes les locations; 2 éviers, des plaques à induction très efficaces, un four très large, ... le barbecue extérieur est carrément une cheminée double foyer, avec espace évier également et le propriétaire a même mis du bois à notre disposition pour des grillades au top. Le jardin avec ses magnifiques cactus, les palmiers, etc est digne des plus grands parcs. C'est magnifique. La grande chambre est exceptionnel avec sa vue sur les pins. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et est efficace pour rafraîchir les chambres avant de se coucher. Nous avons profité de la piscine avec son pool-house à côté permettant d'avoir un réfrigérateur, des couverts, assiettes, tables, ... sans être obligé de remonter dans la cuisine de la maison. Effectivement, pour venir à la propriété, il y a un chemin caillouteux pour y arriver, c'est impressionnant la première fois, mais on oublie vite lorsqu'on trouve ce coin de paradis. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire également qui veille à notre confort et nous demande en cours de séjour si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Il nous a également donné des conseils sur des lieux à visiter. Je ne peux que conseiller vivement cette location. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour là bas et nous espérons revenir, même si c'est loin dehttp chez nous. J'espère que la France développera les lignes aériennes pour venir jusqu'à Valence qui est une ville très agréable. Ah oui, un dernier point, les plages, même publiques sont très belles, propres, beau sable, aménagements pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant, et avec des parkings gratuits. La côte de la région de Valence est moins visitée par les français que la Costa Brava mais ses qualités et sa beauté sont pour moi bien supérieures !

Det er et meget dejligt hus med tilhørende meget stor have og pool. Alex er meget venlig og viste os vej til huset og en rundvisning af huset, da vi ankom. Wi fi virkede slet ikke hele ugen!!! Tak for en dejlig ferie :)

Hemos pasado una semana ideal en esa casa. Es muy amplia, muy agradable. Los jardines son inmensos y absolutamente perfectos para que niños y mayores de todas las edades disfruten, cada uno a su ritmo. El espacio exterior desde luego tiene un encanto muy especial. La casa es difícil de encontrar (no está en google maps), pero es como si fuera un pequeño paraíso escondido y apartado del resto del mundo. Alejandro ha estado siempre disponible para ayudarnos a encontrar comercios, visitas, etc.

We were really looking forward to staying here with a group of friends for a 40th birthday. Sadly 2 days before we were told the pool was out of action. We'd asked specifically if this was usable at the time of booking, this was very important to our group. The owner refunded our deposit immediately so no issues there but finding a replacement for so many the day before was HARD. I only write this as some of the reviews below have suggested similarly so looking out for fellow travellers. Sad we didn't get to stay, sounds lovely!

Dit huis ligt op een groot omheind terrein midden tussen de bomen. Heerlijk om in deze prachtige tuin te zwemmen, squashen of wandelen; er staan cactussen en citrusbomen in. Bij het oprijden van het terrein was het een en al wow…! Het elektrisch bedienbare hek geeft een extra gevoel van luxe. Er staan vijf mountainbikes in de tuin gestald. Het huis zelf is ook prachtig; vooral de woonkamer met een enorme open haard in het midden straalt gezelligheid uit. Mooi afgewerkte houten kastwanden van vloer tot plafond, fauteuil en banken waarin je lekker diep wegzakt, een enorme telvisie en een DVD-speler. De keuken is groot, heeft een inductiekookplaat met zes pitten, een oven, een combi magnetron en een dubbele koel- en vrieskast. Slaapgelegenheid voldoende voor 10 personen, in het bijgebouw nog eens voor zes personen. Goede bedden; de grootste slaapkamer met eigen toilet en badkamer ligt prachtig tussen de boomtoppen. Vriendelijke eigenaar en goede service. Als er iets is hoef je maar te bellen en ze komen er aan. Het huis en de tuin kunnen hier en daar wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. This impressive estate house sits on a large wall-enclosed grounds amidst pine trees. The pool is lovely to swim in, centered in a beautiful garden with a squash court. There are cacti and lemon trees scattered along many paved garden paths. When entering the grounds... just wow! The electric fence gives an extra sense of luxury. There are five mountain bikes parked in the yard. The house itself is beautiful too; especially the living room with a huge fireplace in the middle radiates charm. Nicely finished wooden cabinet walls span from floor to ceiling. The spacious room has armchairs and couches -which you know nice deep sink-, a huge telvision set and a DVD player. The kitchen is large as well, has an induction stove with six burners, an oven, a microwave and double fridge and freezer. Sleeps enough for 10 people, in the outhouse again for six. Good beds; the main bedroom with its own toilet and bathroom is beautifully situated between the tree-tops. Friendly owner and good service. If there is anything you need, just call and they are coming. The house and garden could use some maintenance here and there, though.

We had a wonderfull time in this great property. The main bedroom is fantastic.

We spent 2 weeks here with a party of assorted ages, 5 kids under 12, 3 over 70 and everyone else somewhere in between. We all had literally the time of our lives. The property itself is everything and more that you see in the photographs. Clean, spacious, modern yet with a rustic feel.Incredibly romantic and with all the amenities you could need. The pool was just beautiful, particularly at night when the lights magically come on. The outdoor cooking area was a dream come true for me. Fantastic service and communication from Alex and would recommend it to anyone. As for the location, despite a winding 5 minute drive off the main road to access the property, once you get used to the drive it is very convenient to the town of Sagunto & the Port. Loads to do. Then on top of that there is Valencia and the surrounding area. An amazing mix of old Europe with cutting edge modern architecture. For families it is nothing short of extraordinary. The Biopark, Aquarium, Aquarama Waterpark, etc. etc. So much to do. We filled our 2 weeks and already have another two weeks worth of adventures planned for our next trip there. Simply can't wait to go back. Truly a Home Away From Home. Do yourself a favour and book it!

Both the house and the landscaped Mediterranean gardens are strikingly beautiful. You really don't need to go to the beach to enjoy your holiday here. We were a group of ten including children from age 7 to 16. Although the pool was not operational, since it was still March, there was plenty of scope for everyone to find an activity. The tennis court / wall was very popular with all ages. The grandparents got the master bedroom suite, which is quite outstanding - huge with a beautiful view into the pine forest from both the bedroom / sitting area and the bathroom. Alex and his brother Mario gave us a warm welcome and took pains to deal with any requests. If we don't rate it 5-star it is because there is a need for some maintenance in and outside the house. Also you will need to remember to bring drinking water because the supply is not from the mains.

The house and grounds are beautiful and extensive and we received a warm welcome from the owner and attention to any requests. Our family especially enjoyed using the tennis court wall. There are nice beaches within a short drive. The only reason we didn't give a five star rating was that there was some maintenance needed before the summer season gets going.

The chalet was exactly as described and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived and the owners were very pleasant and welcoming. The swimming pool area was lovely and the grounds were perfect for the children to play in. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
