Very comfortable and spacious apartment, comfy big bed, good shower (a little low on pressure but electric shower that heated up very quickly). Hand towels and bathmat provided too! Which is unusual for Peru. Friendly staff who let us store our luggage while we went to the Amazon for a week.

The cupboards under the sink smelled like mould.

We were not informed in advance that the swimming pool was not working. We discovered it by ourselves when asking where it was located.

Juice for breakfast was from frozen fruit, would be better if it the fruits were fresh or just give a fruit instead of juice.

There was always somebody available and helpful at the front desk. Housekeeping was great. Cool little kitchen with frige, microwave, cooktop. Plenty of room for my guests. Quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to restaurants and shops in Barranco and Miraflores. My happy place in Barranco.

Unfortunately I had to go back to the USA. I will be back in Peru 🇵🇪 again someday. I will definitely consider staying at Casa Flanning again.

is comfortable, there are multiple amenities. the bed is comfortable and so quit. the personal is really nice

The breakfast was basic and okay. The staff replied very quickly and it was great communicating transportation with them. I felt very safe in this neighbourhood and you could walk to MiraFlores which was lovely.

The room felt very cold to me. There is no carpets in the room and it is like a ceramic ice box.

Staff was helpful and spoke English fairly well. Location was good with moderate walks to both central Barranco and Miraflores.

Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Bed very comfortable, safety deposit box and lots of storage. 2min walk to main road, 15mins walk to Barranco.

The shower needs replacing, there was veryl little pressure which meant the water came out at just more than a dribble.

There were a lot of remotes to the TV and we had a hard time getting the TV to work.

Very clean space and good utilities like a boiler for water or fridge We left to Huacachina for one night to return to Casa Fanning the next day and we were allowed to leave our big bags in their storage room. awesome
