Plusieurs séjours à l'hôtel le guimares,jamais déçu. personnel super,chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Parking à l'hôtel gratuit,bon petit déjeuner,

Location to the historical centre
The gym closes at midday on a Sunday!
The breakfast was below standard - no oat milk, cheap quality products. The worst I’ve had in a very long time.
I asked to borrow a yoga mat for my room but was told it’s not allowed! I understand things may go missing, but come up with a solution that works for the guests and the hotel. Again, this is the first hotel where this request has been denied.
The quality of the red wine offered as a free welcome drink was undrinkable!
The room was fine but sadly the hotel is brought down significantly by the very sub-standard delivery of everything else.

Liked everything, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Walking distance to centre. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant. Will recommend and return in the future.
Swimming pool was unavailable 😕

The swiming pool was not available. The dinner room was very very noise due to a group. The facilities did´nt have a charger for electrical cars (or have a plug that allow the car to be charged in 36hours!!!).

The staff was very nice. Comfortable hotel, just 10 minutes walk to the city center, nice private parking. Breakfast has good of variety of food and the bar by night is not expensive with a relaxing atmosphere

The location of hotel is good. It’s near to tram station and highway but quiet. There is a supermarket next. View outside the room windows are nice.
My room is not refurbished yet and is bit old but with bath tub. While my friends are newly refurbished but only shower.

The staff was great, the cleanliness and the location as well.
On the outside behind the hotel there are fans. we can hear a bit of noise during the night. Also the air conditioning did a bit of noise.

Good location, a walking distance to the historical center. Nice renovated place. Quiet, large room, large bathroom.
No coffee or tea available in the room or in the lobby.
Inconvenient mattress. Should be replaced by new.
Some vegetables/ olives at breakfast could be nice to have. I

A short walk up hill from the center but perfect location for where I needed to be close to Vila Flor Cultural Center. Excellent restaurant food and decent breakfast.
Bathroom could use a bit of updating as in countertop and toilet flush (minor issues).

The breakfast was good and the room that the staff moved us to was very nice
As always we had to ask for a room change as we looked out onto four air conditioner units and a pile of concrete. Whenever we book through booking.com we seem to end up in the worst room of the hotel although the hotels are usually very good at changing the rooms for us. We are supposed to be genus 2 level which we read somewhere entitles us to a room upgrade, free breakfast and discount on the rooms. We don't receive any of these so what benefit is genus 2 level to us?

Being about a 10 minute walk from the historic district, the hotel was in a relatively quiet and easy area to get to by car. There was ample free parking and we were able to park right in front. The staff was very good at communicating before our visit and were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary glass of vinho verde in the first floor cafe/bar. We enjoyed a beautiful city view from our room and from the cafe/bar.
The breakfast room was pretty chaotic, with a long line to get coffee….but it was Easter weekend, so this was probably not typical.
