Die Lage war Topp. Restaurants direkt neben an aber dennoch sehr ruhig die Nacht. Kein Straßenlärm und Flur.- Nachbarzimmer Geräusche. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Schöner Altbau, typisch und passend zur Altstadt. Nur zu empfehlen. Park-Haus 10 min. Entfernt. Parkplätze in der Stadt für Anwohner reserviert.

We stayed at the hotel for eight days, and during our stay we celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary. The check-in and the check-out went smoothly and fast. The location was just amazing and superb, just one minute walk to reach the river, two minutes walk to reach "Charles Bridge", ten minutes walk to reach "Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock". The breakfast was perfect and exceptional with many choices. Very good coffee. Super friendly helpful staff. Our room was amazing, clean, spacious and bright. They cleaned our room every day and they changed our towels daily. The hotel was perfect, clean and safe. We loved the old charm concrete spiral staircase and the artistic paintings on the walls. Honestly, everything was great. We look forward to visiting Prague and Charles Bridge Palace again. A great place to stay. Strongly recommend...

Two days before leaving the hotel I asked for a small take-away breakfast box for two persons (me and my wife) due to our early flight at 6 a.m. The young lady at reception confirmed me that the take-away breakfast box will be ready at the reception when we checked-out. But unfortunately nothing was prepared (its OK, definitely she forgot). But Mr. Filip (the gentleman who speaks Arabic language) was very helpful and responded to our request and prepared for us two bags with fruits and sweets. Thank you Mr. Filip, that was very nice from your side...

Have stayed before, very convenient for our needs and close to Charles Bridge, metro etc.

Hotel confortevole in pieno centro. Arredamento ed interni un po' all'antica ma confortevoli. Personale molto disponibile. Buona la colazione a buffet.

C'e` un solo ascensore anche per il personale di servizio, quindi puo` esserci un po' d'attesa, ma nella norma

Nuestra habitación la # 116 era muy ruidosa porque abajo hay un bar. No se podía dormir muy bien que digamos .

Het hotel ligt op een heel centrale locatie aan de voet van de Karelsbrug. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn ruim. het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid en netjes verzorgd.

It was comfortable and clean. The location was very central to the old town.

Heating was a bit high.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Hotel was so central for the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We paid a little extra for a river view and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

Location is right at Charles Bridge with good views of the River as promised. My bedroom & bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and Good value. Hotel is a beautiful old style building about 200 years old and is well maintained. Bedrooms look just like pictures on website. Kettle and coffee machine provided which is always a win!

Pillows were too small and soft. Kingsize bed is 2 singles pushed together and 'joined' together with a thin sheet which you can feel and is uncomfortable, they need to put a thicker cover on for comfort. Rooms are old style and fashion but looks just like photo's on site. Could be a little upgraded. We had 3 rooms facing the river, we paid the same price but not all rooms were equal, some were definately 'nicer' and bigger than the others for the same price.

Emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, chambre spacieuse et confortable, le nettoyage des chambres était très bien, petit déjeuner complet et très bon.

J'avais demandé un lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits simples collés avec 2 couvertures individuels, une couette 2 places aurait été appréciée, et la première nuit il faisait frais dans la chambre.

Lage ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen. Saubere Zimmer, allerdings Größe und Einrichtung schön aber Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich.

Frühstücksraum etwas beengt, auch in den weniger frequentierten Zeiten.

Snídaně je skvělá, je nabízený velký výběr potravin.

Nemohu nic vytýkat.

The best location where is easy to access every where. Also a tram station is nearby the hotel. The breakfast served variety of selections.

Senz'altro la camera, avevamo una suite a due piani fantastica con lucernari elettrici, 2 bagni.

Non tutti i termosifoni erano funzionanti ma nel complesso la temperatura era accogliente.

La ubicación lo mejor. Tiene un desayuno bufet muy muy completo. Eramos 3 y cogimos un duplex y fue lo mejor con dos baños y mucho espacio. Y otro punto muy bueno es que la de recepción hablaba español.

El hotel se encuentra muy céntrico, es fácil llegar desde ahi a cualquiera de los puntos de interés, adicionalmente el personal del hotel es muy agradable y se esmeraron en hablar español para poder atendernos bien , el desayuno esta mas o menos
