Lovely, SPACIOUS (surprisingly that's not as common as one might think) guesthouse. Super comfy beds, kitchen & bathroom complete with all the condiments and toiletries. Lovely views from every part of the house.

The location is a bit removed from everything, but that is the appeal. If you have a car, you can easily reach tourist spots. We were fortunate as we were the only guests staying there, and had the wonderful living space and the kitchen all to ourselves. Unfortunately, it was raining most of the time, but there is a wonderful deck where you could sit, sunbathe, do yoga, BBQ. The views from any window are soothing over the owner's farm land. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with anything you could need to cook your food. Everything is nice and clean. We had full food supplies with us and this was just a dream kitchen and place to hang out. There is no TB available - but that is really a plus given the nature aspect and beautiful views. There are also a various books and games for guests to use. A beautiful spot.

The room is rather small, but since we were the only ones staying it was ok, as there is a large living area and good sized kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was so nice and comfortable there, very good equipment and everything we needed was there, the room was big and beds so comfortable...Really awesome, thank you! :)

Everything. Basically this is a house with two bedrooms separately rented. It has everything you would expect to find in a house - full size kitchen/diner, large lounge, utility room, washing line, veranda - all fully equipped. Assuming you don't have an offensive co-renter, this is the by far the best guesthouse we have seen in a fortnight in Iceland. Additionally it is easily found in a stunning valley. It also has two friendly dogs. Two couples or a small family could stay here in great comfort indefinitely. Finally, in terms of British prices, it represents very good value for money. In comparison with typical Icelandic prices, it is unbelievably good value.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay here! The price was unbeatable for the facilities. Location was rural but right off the ring road, had no issues with traveling to or from and plenty of parking. The guesthouse was large, very clean, the owner was very kind. Their house is right next door if you need anything. Beautiful surroundings with some horses and sheep. We hope we can stay again for longer next time!

Our stay was perfect ! The house is lovely, very well equipped with even a laundry room ! We felt at home ! We even had the chance to have the house to ourselves for two days. I definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Húsavík and it’s nearby.

Our stay was one of the best in Iceland. The place was clean, spacious and the beds really comfy. The kitchen had everything you need. You have a beautiful view from every room, so you can enjoy your morning coffee in the kitchen or the living room :) The dogs and sheep are cute and friendly!
