Location was fabulous. The cottage was lovely , clean and comfortable.

Great to walk into a warm, well lit home

The house and the green garden around it are beautiful. The property is close to the city center. The kitchen is big and the cooktop was easy to use.

This was a perfect location for parking our car and walking to the city. Only a 20 min. walk to center of Queenstown. The host was personal and the cottage has been nicely renovated. You would not know that from the outside, but inside was very nice. We would certainly recommend this to anyone!

This may seem picky, but it seems that not many places stock paper towels in the kitchen. It would be nice to include this, as it would make it much easier for travelers. :-)

Well set up cottage with lots of room. Nice outdoor setting out of the sun. Not too far to walk to the Riverside Market. Easy access to Tower Junction.

Very brief noise from the nearby train line.

The cottage is in a brilliant location. We love being able to walk through the park into town. The kitchen is well good to cook in. The rooms are light and comfortable.

Being by the train track although I only heard the trains the first night. Not loud but just a strange noise for me.

Great location. Close to the train station, parks, CBD, shops and restaurants. No through traffic so very quiet. Private backyard. Just a lovely place to stay in Christchurch

Great location and a lovely homely feel. Nice to have use of the washing machine and dryer as well.

The doors were quite noisy- especially with a sleeping child who we were trying to not to wake.

Great Modernised Cottage. warm and properly had been made comfortable before we arrived. Got used to the trains by the second evening.

We didn't realise that the cottage was located right by the train track so were quite surprised when the first train came through. Luckily, there weren't many trains.

the kitchen appliances were very old (pans etc), the place was very dusty, walls light fittings, curtains etc, the curtains etc really need updating.... the washing machine dryer were very dirty and the garden needed a really good go over

Beautifully presented accomodation. Had everything we needed, free wifi and helpful information provided by the host. The property was clean and welcoming. We arrived very late in the evening but the heat and lights had been turned on for us. Great location, only 15 minutes from the city by car or a 30 minute walk through the park and botanical gardens.

Easy walk to park and shops.Great heating! Loved the coffee !

This is a beautiful cottage and very carefully and beautifully maintained .There is everything that you would need for a holiday .Very warm and has great laundry facilities .

Brockworth Cottage is very close to a railway line but only a few cargo trains and they certainly didn’t bother me .
