Location is great, with indoor parking. Good value for money.

great breakfast

Everything was better than expected, superb residence to stay.

A great apartment, really spacious - had more than enough room and facilities for the 3 of us. The staff were really kind and helped us out a lot with deciding what hikes to do and where to visit while we were staying. We didn't actually get to use the pool and sauna facilities while there but they looked great, well maintained and very clean. It is slightly outside the town of Selva, only a few minutes if you have a car but about a 20 minute walk if you don't which was absolutely fine for us. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing, it was perfect!

- first time we tried the residence/apartment option when on a ski vacation. we loved it! (chance to cook a simple/light meal for dinner and save some money if you do not wanna go to a restaurant every day) - apartment was really spacious, clean and super handy. Kitchen was supplied with all the basic tools and appliances. - bathroom came with a bathtub, perfect to relax your muscles if you can't or don't wanna go to the indoor pool/wellness area - indoor pool area was one of the best we have ever experienced. Really cool interior and design. Deckchairs super comfy to lay on and relax in the sun and the warmth of the wellness area. - staff was always very polite, friendly and full of good advice/tips. - we asked to arrange an extra activity organized by the local tourism office (breakfast at the top of the mountain and be the first to come down the slopes) and we enjoyed it a lot - possibility to park the car in an indoor garage - ski and boots rental all organized and taken care of. They take the gear to the residence secured ski's room and they come pick it up at the end. You only need to go to the shop once: the 1st day to try them on - they give the chance to purchase the skipass before the arrival and it's delivered directly to you upon arrival at the reception desk. A bus ticket for the whole area (not only Val Gardena) is handed over to you as well (for free). - once all geared up and ready to skii, you can walk less than a minute and you are directly on the slope (the famous Sasslong, a red one that actually in certain parts feels more like a black one). - 10- 15 minute walking distance to the village La Selva - very good communication with the staff months and weeks before the arrival

Due to covid, the breakfast was a little sparse.

Lovely residence in the heart of Val Gardena, right in the centre of the most beautiful Dolomite mountains. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The kitchen was cozy but with everything you need to make dinner and breakfast with ease, dishwasher included. We also had a little outdoor patio, to relax and enjoy the crispy air. Included in the room charge, a free bus ticket which really helped to move around and reach all our hiking destinations without using our car and paying additional parking. The staff was also really kind and helpful in answering all our questions about the area. Cherry on top, the pool, sauna and spa, excellent to revive our legs after a long day of hiking. We'll definitely be back!

Perhaps having a cheaper option for breakfast, as €10/each per day seemed a little on the pricey side. Of course easy to avoid, since the apartment had everything to prepare it ourselves.
