Location, facilities. Easy to deal with team

Building was noisy one night. Lighting in bathroom and bedrooms needs looking at (too dim in bathroom, too bright in bedrooms)

Situated in the historic city center. Public transport is close. Well equipped appartement. Easy communication with host.

Not recommended in wintertime, as the heating is not sufficient at all when outside-temperature is low. Problems with the electric power supply. Hot water boiler has not enough volume for 3+ people taking a shower. Appartement is not soundproof to noise coming from technical installations in the house or the stairway, which is quite annoying during nighttime.

Excellent location in city centre.

No windows in the bedrooms, not nice. only 1 shower exit towel in 1 bathroom and hand towels were only 4 for 7 guests when we request those we were informed that had an extra cost of 10€.

The images shown show a rooftop terrace and outside area. However, when we asked how to get yo the outside area, we were told there isn't one which is clearly misleading. The apartment, facilities, and location were good.

The location is great. The apartament is situated in the middle of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately this was the only thing good!!!

First of all, the host was very mean. Even if i paid over 500€/ night for the apartament, the host accepted to make me an early check-in of 3 hours only after i gave him an extra 40€. Also he refused to give me an invoice for that amount of money. Second at all, the apartment is very used, the furniture is in a bad condition, and looks dirty. The door from the terrace can not be closed. Also during a winter night there is very cold and the AC can not handle the situation. As a conclusion it didn’t deserve 550€ /night and the gesture of the host asking for a 40€ it is really dissapointing.

The location was very central which made getting around Valencia really easy and we were close to all the historical sights and within easy reach of the metro. Plenty of space for a large group in the accommodation and close to shops and restaurants. rooms accommodated our group comfortably - but only 2 bathrooms (one shower) for 7 people seemed very minimal considering it could accommodate 10. Host was very friendly on arrival when providing the keys.

The accommodation when we arrived was not as advertised. There was no outdoor terrace or outside space at all for us to enjoy. The apartment facilities (toilets/showers) were not as clean as would be expected, lots of rust within the shower cubicle. There were damaged electrical items - bedside lamps with broken and non-existent switches, which left exposed wires (these were not used and quickly unplugged). Blinds and some furnishings had water marks/stains on them. The decor of the apartment was bright and clean (at a glance) but definitely not to the modern and impressive standard as shown in the images online. Very noisy apartment block, with additional background city noises. communication between host leading up to the trip was frustrating, despite working with Booking.com, I received no confirmation or answers to queries until the day we were due to arrive.

For the appartement we had all of us had our own bathroom and the location was great too. A lovely café down below to have coffee and a pastry in the morning.

The room my friend and I shared was a bit cramped but it still had everything we needed and the lighting in the room could do with being brighter.

the customer service was the worst thing I’ve experienced it they don’t answer by email or text and you have to keep calling at end up with no clear answers and our place supposed to have 5stairs to elevator we ended up for plus 40 stairs we have 2 children and strollers no handy the walls were so thin I haven’t had any good sleep there at all it like our neighbors they were staying with us all the time

-Perfect location in the city center. -Appartment is very well equipped. From kitchen, to the nice towels, hair dryer, etc. -I could read that some reviews mention that it's not clean: I do not agree with this. We all thought it was very clean. -Contacts from the agency are super helpful and give feedback on questions super fast.

Beds are a bit hard, however this is personal (some like it, some dont) There are not many windows

There was no natural light … the rooms were all internal , so they were dark and the lighting was bad … the website was misleading showing well lite rooms with natural light … in fact it was gloomy and dark ..

Nothing in this place was to our liking, very dirty no human can sleep there.

This place was very dirty unconditioned for human stay, the whole place was not cleaned in ages it seems, there is also a very horrible smell to it.

location was perfect! Apartment spacious and very nice and clean.

There were no air conditioning and as a result sleeping was very hard as there was too hot inside. We asked help with airport transfer but did not get any from the staff.

There was no views what so ever out of four windows wall's only. First impression as we entered was that the Sofa was heavily stainded. Bathroom had a broken sink . Bedroom 1 had a window hinge broken. Bedroom 2 blind broken unavailable to open Blind or window because we didn't want to damage it any more Washing machine leeks ever ware The curtains in the main room we're pretty filthy heavy staind at the bottom ware the mop hits and staind bedroom furniture . Extremely load comings and goings of other tenants late at night and into the very late hours of the morning . Partying culture in the building. Bonus the air condition system work perfectly. But I definitely want return . Thousand pounds for 7 days definitely not worth the money . Felt I was lacking care and attention. I felt it was Business before customers .

the air conditioner in the main bedroom is a little noisy and the other rooms do not have air conditioning. there is an air conditioner in the lounge which helps a little. quite a noisy apartment block.

The rooms were very spacious with comfortable communal areas Air conditioning was perfect NETFLIX and chromecast available Very good facilities in the kitchen (altho need to buy more bin bags and toilet roll)

The rooms have large holes above the door frame to let the air con flow through the apartment, any noise from the living room will echo through to the bedrooms. The master bedroom also has no window, so constantly dark. Would have been nice to have larger and more cups to use just to drink water. There were small glasses or wine glasses which were convenient to drink from and worried we would break one accidentally as we are a large group Might also be good to have another air conditioner in the room without air con, with the door closed the air doesn't flow into the room, the fan doesnt make much difference

Good value for the money, perfectly located in a quiet area. Everything you need is walking distance. The property managers are just a text message away and they are prompt in replying. Thank you for everything.

There is no air conditioning in the property, fans were provided but they barely do anything. One room does not have blinds so it is quite bright after the sunrise. Could be better clean the apartment.

The location was amazing. The rooms were very spacious.

Some essential items were missing such as a drying rack and dish drying clothes. Making cleaning the dishes very difficult. There was no place to hang up bathroom towels or hand towels in the bathroom. The whole apartment was very hot. With no air-conditioning I would recommend not staying here in peak summer. There were not enough larger tea/coffee mugs so we had to take turns using them.
