Dirty bedsheets. mattress was so dirty when we accidentally pulled a bit of the bottom sheet off!
But rest of the room/bathroom was clean.
Woke up covered in bites, not sure if from the bed or just mosquitos as there are gaps in the wall where the a/c is fitted so bugs could fly in!! So maybe could do with this being secured a bit more to prevent this.

Location
Very old property, actually called Finigans. Needs major renovation, rooms don’t look like what’s posted on booking.com. AC is not working properly. Dogs are barking all night so you can’t get good sleep

The staff do not answer booking.com messages and I wanted to edit my dates of stay by a night, and the staff didn't answer or respond to my queries at all until I arrived at the property. Therefore, I had to pay for an extra night I didn't use. There needs to be more hands on service managing the digital channels and communicating with the front desk.

We staying two nights. Rooms was simple but we didn’t need more. Just a clean spot to sleep and this was it. Very well located and very helpful staff.

The location is good, it's accessible to a lot of establishments like restaurants and malls.
The room was quite small. The beddings seemed a bit dirty so I had to request for a much cleaner sheets. The building itself seemed to be not kept well, it looked old.

Very comfortable stay. The girl at the reception booked me a new van transfer, when the one I booked already failed to show up. clean room, close to everything, I enjoyed here!

I booked prepaid more than 1 month , cannot be cancelled or changed. But when we arrive . The hotel staff inform that No vacancy.
And send us to Reddoorz @Palajuanders far away from my booking hotel a few KM VERY BAD HOTEL.
Then Booking.com send me e mail and ask me The Reddoorz tell Booking.com.
I don t come to check in , .... LIAR Hotel.
It s a cheating affair , showing the good room and location , when the customers chk in ... Tell them No vacancy then move to the another place far away!!!
The new hotel ask me to pay again , said Reddoorz dont pay money. But I refuse because my booking is prepaid booking.

They had overbooked the hotel so got relocated to another one. Staff ladies were dishonest when asking a couple of questions and didn't actively inform why this particular issue had occurred. They didn't compensate for the transportation to the new place which was in an entire other corner of Puerto Princessa.

The hotel wasn’t very clean and the staff wasn’t very attentive. Also, was a strange policy that you have to pay if you get dirty the sheets with blood or ink when they give you already dirty and very old sheet and towels. They tell you to wait when you do the check out while the inspect the room. On top there was no room cleaning service during our stay. wouldn’t recommend.

It's beside the highway and near to the airport,it's in the city center.
Since it's in the center.. you can hear all the noise until 4 am in the morning. I can't sleep!
