Очень старые номера, подушки с плесенью,постельное белье с пятнами ,полотенца с пятнами и старые ! Обратились с просьбой помочь с транспортом ,цены завышены слишком !

Room fairly basic, bathroom little poor.

I love that it’ a beachfront. Easy access also the parking is in the area so no problem in going back and forth.

Downside is it’s far from the stores

Great location at the beach... that's the only positive.

The room was not clean and we asked to clean it during our absence but unfortunately this was not done... Also there was no water pressure.

For us who likes to be away from the crowd, it is perfect location. Sandy white beach with clear water in just few steps from the room. Starting point to Underground River tour is about 5 mins walk, so as groceries, restaurants and van terminal. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is of decent size, AC and electric fan works properly. Toilet needs some upgrade but works properly. Free Wifi in the room and reception area. Sun beds on the beach and shade from coconut trees. They say current could be strong around 5pm but did not occur during our stay. Restaurant serves local dishes. Room is not ideal but bearing in my the price and location, we were super satisfied.

A bit challenging to reach by public transport especially in the afternoon. I suggest to book shared transfer in advance. Small insects could come in the room but it is normal when you are close to nature.

I was close to the beach.

Everything. Cold useless limescale covered shower in a filthy bathroom, dirty toilet with a filthy sink. Animals all over food preparation surfaces and dirty tables everywhere. staff constantly sniffing up and spitting all over the place. Overpriced food. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. was supposed stay for 2 nights and left after 1 along with the German couple next door. this deserves no stars at all and booking.com should remove it immediately. dead insects smeared all over the walls. bed uncomfortable with a sheet that hardly cover the bed.

we didn't get what we booked, the staff were not hospitable, the property is very tired.

Location is perfect, just few steps from the beach. Staff is friendly and helpfull for example with daytrip organisation. Room had aircon.

There’s no shower, just a bucket of water which was ok but not in line with the price.

A quiet spot on the beach. Relaxing and serien. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. A canteen was on site for ordering meals. Grounds are maintained. Walked 8 minutes to the underground river terminal.

It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bathroom for grooming. Some painting to spurce thinks up a bit wouldn't hurt. The room was very basic with out any interior design, but that was expected for the price.

Location right on the beach in the middle of the nature, the view it's breathtaking. Room quite spacious. We wanted to do the underground river, but unfortunately due the bad weather it was cancelled. We just walked on the beach we still enjoyed the day. Staff was very helpful and managed to arrange the trasportation to move to El Nido.

Nice place for 1 or 2 days, in front of the beach, rustic place and thats give an authentic soul ! The food is great with good portion for a correct price.

Would be Nice a small shower outdoor to wash the feet before going back in the room.

Beautiful spot, right on the beach. Quite and close to the nature. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice.

Check twice the price and the information they offer for activities, taxi, and over service it can be overpriced or confusing.

Access to the resort is difficult because the neighbor resort (Sheridan) blocked the passage with a building fence. Disgraceful

It's in an unbelievable location......

Unattentive staff, dirty facilities, crammed poorly laid out rooms and a whole load of workmen playing loud music from 7am. Air con is NOT a proper AC . It is a built in fan that blows around the hot putrid air in the small square concrete "Deluxe" rooms Bathroom was grotesque with a dribble of cold water from the shower. Not a property Booking.com should really be facilitating. It's 40 quid a night so not cheap in comparison to many city motels ... if it was a tenner per night then fair enough. But certainly not worth the stay or the money
