Very bad communication with them and they cheap facilities. They lied to me throughout the whole process.

Dabdab is a great option Igor spending the night near the Underground River. The staff, Ms Milas in particular, was wonderful! So helpful with all aspects of our stay, arranging shuttles, our tour, and was flexible when our flights were delayed. Room was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was delivered to our porch in the morning. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Dabdab.

quiet and very clean - friendly people even though they’re sometimes hard to find.
They let me use their facilities also after I checked out

The location. The setting. The proximity to town.
The bathroom roof being open wasn't great, but I coped fine.

the design of the property is great and conducive.
it doesn’t have a hot shower. there are no nearby faucet outside the room. the parking space could only fit 1-2 cars.

This was fine for one night . Located centrally in Sabang.
We had an issue with a guy turning up on our balcony clearly trying to break into the room or take clothing from the balcony. This was quite worrying. Better security is needed around the area as it isnt / doesnt feel safe.

Great location right on seafront with verandah and lovely garden. Property is about five minutes walk from pier and centre of Sabang. Good breakfast.is delivered to your verandah Room was good: like being in a 1970s' prog rock gatefold album sleeve with cosmic murals on walls and ceiling.
Towels have a strange nonabsorbent texture. Mattresses are very thin.

Cute cottages in a beautiful garden, aircon available too. Breakfast included. Good food!
Cars can't get there, you need to walk to the property. Not easy if you have big bags.

Breakfast delivered to room was nice, Room was good sized.
Hotel is down a rough, unpaved road. Easy walk but cannot roll luggage. TIP: pay 100 pesos for a tricycle taxi to take your luggage to hotel.

Very nice garden and near to underground river ticket office and village.
No WiFi even though it's advertised as having it. Bathroom ceiling open to air/mosquitoes. Only ever saw one member of staff who only spoke Tagalog. Seemed to be the cleaning lady but she did find us a key/room when we rocked up with our bags thankfully. Also when we came back in the evening after grabbing some food we found that 'our' balcony area had been taken over by someone receiving a massage. They had turned the bench on the balcony/patio area into a massage table. Very weird to come back to and annoying as we could not sit out and use it.. There is a much better option to stay almost directly opposite the underground river ticket office.

Mila and Francisco from the management were very friendly and helpful. The paintings in the room and the plants outside were very beautiful ❤️
The shower could have been better, more pressure of water

Super clean and nice place.
Someone could find the lack of hot water or a proper shower a bit uncomfortable.

Nice staff, nice room, nice breakfast. a beautiful place and Sabang & Dab Dab are recommended
Loud roosters and no wifi.

The place was next to the beach. The owner organised our Underground River tour. She gave us the liberty to use her kitchen. The rooms were large and have high ceilings.
The road to the property was rough and I couldn't park the car close to the property. One of the rooms was painted with LBGTQ flag, which I did not like.

Nice big room good location very helpful staff.
Nothing

Nice big room, good breakfast, decent price.
Zero communication on how to find the place, which was 1/3 of a mile down an extremely rough path along the beach, no signage that mattered; we were driving a car, and it was pretty lousy that no directions were provided. We basically had to have a local lady guide us to the hotel. Shower had no shower head.

They had pretty cool wooden chairs/tables at their restaurant. The outdoor is beautiful.
It was pretty dark in the room. There was no toiletries even soap.

Mimi was a lovely host for our short overnight stay and the breakfast was very nice, we would book again 🙂
No complaints

The rooms were nice and big and each had their own "theme" with paintings on the walls. The location is technically good...on the water and very close to town/wharf. The included breakfast was simple but enough (toast, eggs, coffee). If the hotel had all the amenities that are listed online then I think it is a fine stay, but it was pretty rustic when we were there. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we could find them, we had laundry done during our stay. We stayed here on our way from Port Barton to Puerto Princesa, thinking we would save a few hours in the van for the Underground River Tour...I think we were the only foreigners in the town!
Apparently a hurricane had hit them several months ago and completely washed out the road to the hotel. Of course this is not their fault but was not communicated so we had to carry all our luggage from the wharf along a rocky/sandy path. Not a HUGE deal, but we didn't know/weren't prepared and had suitcases. The hotel also lists free wifi but we were told there wasn't any so we weren't able to do any work. The restaurant was closed. Mattresses are very thin. We had to ask for soap as there were no soap/amenities in the room. Also be aware that almost no places are open for dinner in the evenings, only lunch! No tea kettle in the room either so couldn't even make cup noodles! We had a very sad dinner of chips and cookies :( Maybe this is different in high season but the town is definitely geared towards the day trips from Puerto Princesa.

The place is near the shoreline and swimming area. Very accessible to restaurant and market. Same with the port going to underground river. No need to book a tourist guide, everything is very doable.
The CR is wet. I hope there would be a drinking water readily available inside the room, like container of drinking water. No TV and internet, however it gives us time to explore the place.

near the beach.
no hot shower
need to get tricycle to reach the place especially if with luggages. the walking path is muddy if tide is high in the late afternoon. service staff not informed of arrival time coz of uncertainty of shuttle van arrival time. you must have your own data using Philippines SIM card to avail Wi-Fi.

nothing
horrible location in slum area
also the road to access is terrible and so I decide to give up instead to damage my car
so I prefer to loose some money instead to stay at this place
booking should be more clear about hotel vicinity

rooms nice and clean, seemed refurbished with an
interesting theme inside. comfy beds, spacious
air con was basically just a fan around the corner from
the bed, made no difference. no hot water,
not too bothered but felt this wasn’t reflective in the
price. if you include breakfast, it’ll be outside your
room, I didn’t see it and walked straight past to the
lobby waiting and looking for someone for it lol.
so don’t do that, also couldn’t cover my door which
was semi see through, at night if the light was on you
could see through easily.

Spacious - good for 2-3 persons. Room has air conditioner. Patio is huge- a good place for some morning or afternoon nap. Near the center- it takes a few minutes to walk. It's what I expected for the price. Basically, a good place to sleep and rest.
Nothing really.
4.5 / 5.0
The place was what I expected from the photos and at this price point. It was clean and had very nice staff (or perhaps they were the owners). Contrary what what some other reviewers experienced, I found no bugs at all in the room (though this tiny town is in the jungle, so I imagine that bugs could get in any room at any hotel).
Breakfast (3 fried eggs, toast, butter, and jelly, plus hot water and tea or instant coffee) was left covered/sealed on my patio at 7 AM.
The hot water was not working (if you’re into that) and the pillows weren’t super comfortable. Make sure to use Google Maps as you’re arriving because the place doesn’t seem to have any signs. But again, at this price point, it was a nice experience and a good value. I would stay here again!
