Lo mejor: ubicación y apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. Lo peor: está en un sótano que se accede pasando un patio muy poco iluminado y muy abandonado, es un inmueble muy antiguo.

El sitio esta muy bien ubicado y céntrico. El departamento es bonito y nuestra estancia fue muy grata con algunos percances que se pudieron solucionar. Sonia es muy agradable.

L’appartement est très bien située près de la cité de Carcassonne. Il est très propre et agréable pour une séjour en famille. Nous sommes venues accompagner de notre chien qui était très content d’y trouver un grand appartement. Il est située devant un parc très sympathique à deux pas d’un parking gratuit. Cependant si nous devions donner un bémol se serait sans doute le fait qu’il se trouve en sousplex et donc part conséquent pas de fenêtre donnant sur la rue et pas de fenêtre ni dans les chambres et dans la salle de bain. Nous étions tout de même ravie d’y séjourner et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

This basement apartment has everything you need and is in a very convenient location. The only minor problem was that several light bulbs weren’t working in the bathroom and kitchen which made it quite dark.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé -2 pas du centre, 3 de la citadelle -, très bien équipé, le lave-linge est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

L'emplacement est adéquat, 15 minutes à pied de la cité fortifiée et juste à côté des rues commerçantes et des points d'intérêts de la Bastide. Parking dans la cour arrière facile d'accès. Appartement tout équipé, donc idéal pour gérer un séjour familial (repas, lessive). Même si l'appartement est situé sur le joli Square Gambetta, c'est tranquille la nuit et on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Très facile de communiquer avec les propriétaires.

Large, comfortable suite next to Sq. Gambetta, just a short walk from the Medieval City and the Bastide St. Louis. Very well equipped with a cozy patio for dining al fresco or just enjoying the sunshine. Access a bit complicated because it is in the rear of an apartment building, but the owner's instructions are very accurate. Very pleasant stay. Would have no problem returning again.

The property is newly refurbished off Gambetta Square. Great location about a 10 minute walk from both old and new town. Apartment is well equipped and spacious. Happy customers. The only thing I would mention is the linen needs upgrading.

My sister and I spent three wonderful days in this appartment. There are two generous sized bedrooms, a large lounge, a modern bathroom with abundant hot water, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge. There is also a sunlit terrace with table and chairs, and it was lovely to sit out there in the peace and quiet. Considering that you are in the centre of the city, the silence is much appreciated. Free parking is also available a few doors away. You are within short walking distance to the old walled city, and a stone’s throw from the town centre. Great communication with the owner was of benefit as well. I very much recommend this lovely spotless appartment to anyone who is interested in Carcassonne and the surrounding area.

My family and I (5 in total) stayed in this cute apartment in July 2018. The location is excellent, easy walk to the Castle Carcassone, and the city center with lots of restaurants, shops and activities. This place has been recently renovated, it was super clean, well equipped kitchen, has two terrazas: one next to the front door and the other one inside the master bedroom. The flat is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, it is bright with lots of natural light. We will stayed there again!

This is a comfortable apartment with a great layout. After a long day of site-seeing and travel, it’s nice to come back to a clean apartment with modern amenities. Also, great location! It’s is walking distance to both the castle and the busy plaza or town square.

Sole's place was very clean, roomy and quiet, especially great location. The apartment had equipped amenities we all needed. Sole was easy to communicate with and very flexible. We had a great time in Carcassonne to visit amazing site. Thank you. Kaoru

Hemos pasado unos días en Carcassone en este apartamento, es una preciosidad, realmente bonito. Tiene todas las cosas como si estuvieras en tu casa, la decoración es sublime. Un 10.

Realmente muy, muy contentos!! Mejor que en las fotos. Un sitio muy limpio, dos habitaciones dobles, un comedor super grande, un baño completo con plato de ducha y todo lo necesario para la cocina. Muy bien situado, justo pasado el pont neuf, entre la Cité y el Pueblo, en una plaza de la Gambetta muy bonita. Con parquin gratis detras de las viviendas. Hemos pasado 4 días muy bonitos en Carcassonne. Todo el mundo nos decía que sobraría tiempo estando 4 días allí, pero la verdad que me gustaría haber estado unos días más. Un 10!!

We were met at the street entrance to the apartment by Sonia and although her English was not so good and my school French is not as good as I thought (!) we were able to convey to each other all the necessary information. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped-although for those who like to make cups of tea there is no kettle but there is a small saucepan which serves the purpose very well. There is a small outdoor area which was very pleasant although I cannot say when, or if, it gets sunshine as the weather was not so great for the four days of our visit. Even is the sun does shine it is not really spacious enough for sunbathing so, if you are a sun worshipper, you may have to find somewhere else to soak up the rays. The main entrance is on Place Gambetta which has a charming carousel, an outdoor café, a lovely water feature, lots of seating and greenery. Traffic is allowed on three side of the Place and it can be quite heavy but the trees around the outside do deafen the sound. Also, due to the location of the apartment, off an internal courtyard, you do not hear any of the traffic noise. Carcassonne is a charming and compact city and the apartment is not more than a few minutes stroll from cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions. Round the corner, on Rue du Pont Vieux, is a special little wine bar, Lâche pas la Grappe - our "local" for the few days of our visit! If you are flying in and/or out of Carcassonne Airport and intend to use the shuttle bus service, the bus dropped us off at the edge of Place Gambetta and the bus stop to return to the airport is a 2 or 3 minute walk.

L' appartement est plein de charme, de très bon goût, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Calme, la petite cour intérieure est sympathique et ensoleillée. Très bien situé pour aller visiter la ville. Excellent accueil. Merci beaucoup !

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely apartment. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen appliances as we ate out but everything is provided if you want to do your own catering. The apartment is ideally situated midway between the medieval city and the more modern town. The owner was very pleasant and helpful; he kindly gave us a lift back to the airport. No towels or hairdryer are provided so be sure to take your own. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
