The house was clean and very confortable. A wonderful garden with a little but nice swimming pool. All the main services are given and the host is very kind and available. The location is very good you can reach Ciutadela and all the beaches in few minutes by car.

Maria and Tolo are perfect. Very kind and they have a very special attention to our wellbeing during our stay. The house is close to Ciutadella ( 10mins ) in a very quiet place. The house is perfect for a family… very confortable for a couple. The pool is large enough and privacy is provided. I’m starting to count down my days before our next travel to Minorca.

Property was lovely and Maria and her son was very helpful and lovely people. The property is about 30 minute walk to the marina, and I was with the elderly and young so I’d suggest a car if this is the case for you. Other then that we all had a wonderful holiday.

We couldn't have been more happier with our recent stay at Maria's villa in Cap d'Artrutx. From the very beginning Maria kept in touch with good communication, and at one point, as we had a very late flight on our last night even offered to store our bags at her house in Ciutadella until we were ready to make our way to the airport. In the end we didn't need to as we hired a car (always recommended) and kept the bags in the boot but it was a lovely touch nevertheless. We also arrived late but that was no trouble for Maria's son Tolo who met us at the villa and showed us around. As he showed us around we noticed that there was only air-conditioning in the lounge and one of the bedrooms was missing a fan. I mentioned this to Tolo and the very next morning a replacement was waiting for us outside. Tolo was also quick in confirming the wifi password as it was not clear. Overall the villa is set in a residential street just two minutes walk from the coast (no beach, just rocks, but a perfect place to watch the orange sunsets) and felt very safe and quiet. There are 4 restaurants and 3 supermarkets (cheaper than down the road in Cala en Bosc) just up the road in Cap d'Artrutx but even in the height of the summer season the restaurants seemed very quiet and desolate and you do wonder how long it'll be before they join the other closed down establishments in this area. For evening, the harbour area is recommended, especially La Fontana who do the best breakfasts and pizzas (not at the same time!) The villa itself is a perfect home from home, set in well cared for gardens (Maria comes every other day to water the plants) and the perfect pool. It's quite shallow so perfectly safe for children with only the far corner where my feet didn't touch the bottom (I'm 6 foot). It's not the largest so not ideal if looking to put in lengths, but great for family fun and for cooling off after a hot day exploring. Inside were three well sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds), two bathrooms, a nice comfortable lounge/diner and a narrow kitchen, all of which were spotlessly clean. Some of the fixtures and fittings could probably do with a bit of money and TLC being spent on it and an information book would have been handy, but overall we were very happy indeed and will be looking to rebook as we loved the villa, the friendly owners and the area itself.
